Cechy istotne, wyró zniaj ace dla wzoru przemys lowego to: futrzane obicie, ramiona „r ekawy" fotela, s lu zace do okrycia oraz opcjonalnie wk lad grzewczy fotela, znajduj acy si e pod obiciem (siedzisko i oparcie). Istota przedmiotu wed lug wzoru przemys lowego przejawia si e w oryginalnej formie mebla oraz futrzanego obicia, zawieraj acego podwójny element okrywaj acy w postaci ramion. Po laczone elementy siedziska spe lniaj a trzy funkcje, które czyni a przedmiot wzoru przemy- s lowego unikalnym: - Funkcja siedzenia - Funkcja okrycia/przytulenia - Funkcja grzewcza Przedmiot wzoru przedstawiony zosta l w materiale ilustracyjnym. The intended use of the industrial design is for seating, covering, and heating. The essential features that distinguish the industrial design are: fur upholstery, armrests or "sleeves" of the armchair, used for covering, and an optional armchair heating insert located under the upholstery (seat and backrest). The essence of the industrial design is manifested in the original form of the furniture and the fur upholstery, containing a double covering element in the form of arms. The combined seat elements fulfill three functions that make the industrial design unique: - Seating function - Covering/cuddling function - Heating function The design subject is presented in the illustrative material. Visualization No. 1 shows the armchair from a frontal view with its arms extended, used for covering. Visualization No. 2 shows the armchair from a frontal view with its arms folded, used for covering. Essential features of an industrial design are the figurative features that distinguish the submitted design from other designs (armchairs) already known. A distinguishing feature of the "Przytulak" utility model armchair is its individual and characteristic shape – a backrest in the form of arms that can be used to cover and cuddle the occupant, and its fur upholstery.
