The essence of the industrial design is the product's new and unique form, manifested in its original graphic layout and in its color scheme. The subject of the industrial design is shown in the attached drawing Fig. 1. Illustration Fig. 2 shows a design variation where the mark is placed on a yellow background and the dancer is appropriately colored, i.e., the jacket is in shades of yellow to brown, and the pants have elements of purple and gray. The essential features of the industrial design are a new and unique graphic symbol, where the human figure is a dancer in a hooded jacket, shown in a jump position. The color scheme is also characteristic in this variation.
