Opis wzoru przemyslowego Przedmiotem wzoru przemyslowego jest znak graficzny, przeznaczony do umieszczania go zwlaszcza na profilach rurowych i etykietach profili rurowych oraz na opakowaniach i róznorodnych materialach reklamujacych te produkty, a w razie potrzeby wraz z dodatkowymi informacjami slownymi umieszczonymi na tym znaku graficznym. Nowa i oryginalna postac wzoru przemyslowego przejawia sie w cechach ksztaltu jego elementów, ich ukladu i kolorystyce. Przedmiot wzoru przemyslowego zostal uwidoczniony w zestawie ilustracji przedstawiajacych odmiany tego wzoru przemyslowego. Poszczególne figury zestawu ilustracji przedstawiaja: fig. 1 – pierwsza odmiana znaku graficznego, w kolorach bialym i czarnym. fig. 2 – druga odmiana znaku graficznego, w kolorach czarnym i bialym. fig. 3 – trzecia odmiana znaku graficznego, w kolorach szarym i czarnym. Odmiana 1 Znak graficzny wedlug wzoru przemyslowego stanowia dwa usytuowane obok siebie na bialym tle pierscienie w kolorze czarnym wewnatrz których znajduje sie szesc wypustów rozmieszczonych równomiernie na obwodzie pierscienia co 60° i skierowanych pólokraglym zakonczeniem w kierunku srodka kola. Kazdy z wypustów sklada sie z trzech czesci o jednakowej szerokosci. Pierwsza najdluzsza czesc, stanowi trzon wypustu i skierowana jest promieniowo do srodka kola. Pozostale dwie czesci wypustu stanowia odgalezienia trzonu o róznej dlugosci i rozchodza sie obwodowo, w przeciwleglych kierunkach. Druga czesc znajdujaca sie blizej obwodu pierscienia jest dluzsza od trzeciej czesci znajdujacej sie blizej srodka kola. Powyzsze cechy widoczne sa na fig. 1. The new and original form of the industrial design is manifested in the characteristics of the shape of its elements, their arrangement, and color scheme. The subject of the industrial design is presented in a set of illustrations presenting variations of this industrial design. The individual figures in the set of illustrations represent: Fig. 1 – the first variation of the graphic symbol, in white and black; Fig. 2 – the second variation of the graphic symbol, in black and white; Fig. 3 – the third variation of the graphic symbol, in gray and black. Variation 1: The graphic mark, based on the industrial design, consists of two black rings positioned side by side on a white background. Inside each ring are six protrusions, spaced evenly around the circumference of the ring at 60° angles and directed with their semicircular ends toward the center of the circle. Each protrusion consists of three parts of equal width. The first, longest part, constitutes the shaft of the protrusion and points radially toward the center of the circle. The remaining two parts of the protrusion are branches of the shaft of different lengths and radiate circumferentially in opposite directions. The second part, located closer to the circumference of the ring, is longer than the third part, located closer to the center of the circle. The above features are visible in Figure 1. Variation 2 The graphic mark based on the industrial design has the shape as in the first variant, except that the rings with protrusions are white and the background is black. Variation 3 The graphic mark based on the industrial design has the shape as in the first variant, except that the rings with protrusions are black and the background is gray.
