Istota wzoru przemyslowego jest nowa postac zestawu mebli przejawiajaca sie w konturach, liniach, ksztalcie i zdobieniu frontów, ksztalcie i zdobieniu krawedzi 5 nadajaca m u indywidualny charakter wyrózniajacy z posród innych zestawów meblowych tego rodzaju i/lub przeznaczenia. The essence of the industrial design is a new form of the furniture set manifested in the contours, lines, shape and decoration of the fronts, shape and decoration of the edges, giving it an individual character distinguishing it from other furniture sets of this type and/or purpose. The characteristic edge line of the milling, which runs along the sides of the element that is part of most furniture in the set, allows for the simultaneous display of both the top and bottom of the milling and gives the furniture set a cohesive image that distinguishes it from other furniture sets. As shown in Fig. 1 and the group photograph in Photo 1.1, the chest of drawers combined with the display cabinet has a pair of framed paneled doors with three drawers between them; a pair of glazed doors with two drawers underneath, and a shelf between the glass doors. The chest of drawers combined with the display cabinet is characterized by the fronts of the paneled doors and the frames of the glazed doors having delicate millings that reflect the edge line of the furniture element. The characteristic line is also reflected in the pilasters, base, and crown, further emphasizing the furniture's slenderness and elegance. The upper part of the display case features additional usable space topped by an arched molding. As shown in Figure 2 and in Photographs 3 and 4, the large cabinet, combined with the large display case, features a pair of paneled doors, a movable shelf, and a pair of glazed doors, beneath which is an arched molding. The paneled fronts and the frames of the glazed doors are characterized by delicate milling that mirrors the edge line of the furniture piece. The characteristic line is also reflected in the pilasters, shelf, base, and crown, further emphasizing the furniture's slenderness and elegance. As shown in Figure 3 and the group photograph in Figure 2.3, the chest of drawers and display cabinet feature: a pair of framed paneled doors, with three drawers between them; three glazed doors. The chest of drawers' top is the furniture element described above, and the paneled fronts and the frames of the 30 glazed doors have delicate millings that reflect the edge line of the aforementioned element. This characteristic line is also reflected in the pilasters, base, and crown, further emphasizing the furniture's slimness and elegance. As shown in Figure 4 and the group photograph in Photo 3.4, the small cabinet combined with the small display cabinet is characterized by the fact that the small cabinet has five-panel doors and a countertop, which is the furniture element described above, on which the small display cabinet with glass doors is placed. The front of the paneled cabinet and the frame of the glass doors have delicate millings that reflect the edge line of the aforementioned element. This characteristic line is also reflected in the pilasters, base plinth, and crown, further emphasizing the furniture's slenderness and elegance. As shown in Fig. 5 and group photograph, Photo 4.5, a corner display case with a clock has a glazed frame door, a clock face in the upper part, and a drawer in the lower part. The frame of the glazed door and drawer is characterized by delicate milling that reflects the edge line of the furniture element that forms the crown of the display case. This characteristic line is also reflected in the pilasters and the lower plinth, further emphasizing the slenderness and elegance of the piece. As shown in Fig. 6 and group photograph, Photo 5.6, a one-piece display case with a glazed door in the upper part and a drawer in the lower part is characterized by the frame of the glazed door and drawer being delicately milled that reflects the edge line of the furniture element that forms the crown of the display case. The characteristic line is also reflected in the pilasters and the lower plinth, further emphasizing the furniture's slenderness and elegance. As shown in Figure 7 and the group photograph, Figure 6.7, a chest of drawers paired with a display cabinet, with the top of the chest of drawers constituting a furniture element, is characterized by the frames of the glass doors and paneled doors featuring delicate millings that reflect the edge line of the furniture element, which also forms the display cabinet's crown. The characteristic line is also reflected in the pilasters and the lower plinth, further emphasizing the furniture's slenderness and elegance. As shown in Figure 8 and the group photograph in Photo 7.8, a two-door, glazed display case with a drawer in the lower section is characterized by the fact that the frames of the glazed doors have delicate millings that reflect the edge line of the furniture element that also forms the top of the cabinet. This characteristic line is also reflected in the pilasters and the lower plinth, further emphasizing the slenderness and elegance of the furniture. As shown in Figure 9 and the group photograph in Photo 8.9, a cabinet/bar composed of two parts: an upper glazed section and a lower two-door section separated by a shelf, the frames of the glazed horizontal doors and paneled doors are characterized by delicate millings that reflect the edge line of the furniture element that also forms the top of the cabinet. 10 The characteristic line is also reflected in the pilasters and the lower plinth, which further emphasize the slenderness and elegance of the furniture. The frames of the paneled doors and drawers are characterized by delicate milling, which reflects the edge line of the furniture element constituting the top surface of the chest of drawers. The characteristic line is also reflected in the pilasters and the lower plinth, which further emphasize the furniture's slenderness and elegance. As shown in Figure 12 and the group photograph in Photo 11.12, a chest of drawers with two smaller and three larger drawers, is characterized by the drawer frames having delicate millings that reflect the edge line of the furniture element constituting the top surface of the chest of drawers. The characteristic line is also reflected in the pilasters and the lower plinth, which further emphasize the furniture's slenderness and elegance. As shown in Figure 13 and the group photograph in Photo 12.13, a large cabinet with paneled doors, is characterized by the paneled door frames having delicate millings that reflect the edge line of the furniture element constituting the top surface of the cabinet. The characteristic line is also reflected in the pilasters and lower plinth, further emphasizing the furniture's slenderness and elegance. As shown in Figure 14, the mirror has a crown and a frame structure with delicate millings that reflect the edge line of the furniture element. As shown in Figure 15, the dressing table with a mirror has a tabletop that mirrors the furniture element and carved legs that act as a support element. The mirror, which is part of the dressing table, has a characteristic fan-like frame structure with delicate millings. As shown in Fig. 16, the table has a distinctive top, reflecting a furniture element, and carved legs that constitute a load-bearing element. As shown in Fig. 17 and group photograph 13.17, the table has 15-column, carved legs that constitute a load-bearing element and two extendable tops whose edges reflect the furniture element. As shown in Fig. 18 and group photograph 14.18, the round table is characterized by having two tops with milled edge lines resembling the furniture element, one of which, the larger one, is stationary, and the other, located centrally, is rotatable. The table also has a column leg consisting of four milled elements that constitute the load-bearing element of the top. As shown in Fig. 19 and the group photograph in Fig. 15.19, the three-door cabinet has arched glazing along 1/3 of its three sides. 25 The fronts of the paneled-frame doors and the paneled-frame sides have delicate millings that mirror the edge line of the furniture element that forms the top surface of the cabinet. This characteristic line is also reflected in the pilasters and lower plinth, emphasizing the slenderness and elegance of the furniture. 30 As shown in Fig. 20, the three-part cabinet/bar has two framed-panel doors, each with arched glazing along 1/3 of its height. The middle section contains two lower shelves, a wine rack, and an upper cabinet. The door and drawer front frames feature delicate millings that mirror the edge line of the furniture element that forms the top surface of the cabinet. This distinctive line is also reflected in the pilasters and lower plinth, further emphasizing the slenderness and elegance of the piece. As shown in Fig. 21, photos 1, 2, and the group photograph 16.21, the two-door display case has two quarter-height glazed sides and two quarter-height glazed doors, which arc into paneled-frame fronts in the lower part. The fronts of the paneled-frame doors and paneled-frame sides are characterized by delicate millings that mirror the edge line of the furniture element that forms the top surface of the display case. The characteristic line is also reflected in the pilasters and lower plinth, which emphasize the slenderness and elegance of the furniture. As shown in Fig. 22 and the group photograph in Fig. 17.22, the glass display case has two 3/4-height glazed sides and two 3/4-height glazed doors, which arc into paneled-frame fronts at the bottom. The fronts of the paneled-frame doors and the paneled-frame sides are characterized by delicate milling that reflects the edge lines of the furniture element that forms the upper surface of the display case. The characteristic line is also reflected in the pilasters and lower plinth, which further emphasize the slenderness and elegance of the piece. 25 As shown in Figure 23, the two-door wardrobe with two lower drawers features paneled-frame fronts with an elliptical central frame surrounding a mirror inside. The wardrobe is characterized by the fact that the fronts and frames have delta and angle millings, which reflect the edge lines of the furniture element that frames the wardrobe. The bed consists of a convex, elliptical headrest with a decorative milled element in its central section and six irregularly shaped decorative holes, arranged symmetrically, parallel to the headrest's edge line, containing an illuminated glass panel.
