Istote wzoru przemyslowego stanowi nowa postac wytworu przejawiajaca sie w rysunku , ukladzie powierzchni, linii i konturów oraz kolorystyki. Etykieta w pierwszej odmianie zobrazowana zostala na zalaczonym rysunku, na którym fig. 1 przedstawia widok czolowy powierzchni ekspozycyjnej. W pierwszej odmianie wykonania etykieta o zarysie prostokatnym ma dwukolorowe kontrastujace tlo, przy czym górna czesc stanowi tlo granatowe symbolizujace niebo z gwiazdkami w kolorze blekitnym, zas dolna czesc etykiety jest w kolorze kontrastujacym imitujacym snieg, nawiazujacym miejscami do blekitu. Centralnie pokazany jest mikolaj w kolorze czerwonym z elementami bialego, na saniach z reniferami w kolorze miodu, a ponizej napis z zyczeniami swiatecznymi w kolorze niebieskim. Z lewej i prawej strony zaprzegu z saniami stylizowane pszczólki w dominujacym kolorze miodu w mikolajowych czapkach koloru czerwonobialego, ponadto w tle choinki w kolorze zielonym z elementami bialego. The essence of the industrial design is the new form of the product, manifested in the design, arrangement of surfaces, lines, contours, and color. In the first version, the rectangular label has a contrasting two-color background, with the upper part being a navy blue background symbolizing the sky with blue stars, while the lower part of the label is in a contrasting color imitating snow, with some hints of blue. The central image depicts Santa Claus in red with white elements, on a sleigh with honey-colored reindeer, and below it is an inscription with blue holiday wishes. To the left and right of the sleigh, stylized bees in the dominant color of honey, wearing red and white Santa hats, are depicted. At the bottom of the label, on the left and right, are elements imitating honeycombs, and above them, green Christmas trees with white elements.
