Zglaszany do ochrony grill ogrodowy przedstawiony zostal na ilustracji fig.1 w widoku z przodu, natomiast fig.2 - przedstawia jego kolejna postac, tj. odmiane wzoru przemyslowego przedstawiona w widoku perspektywicznym. Cecha istotna wzoru przemyslowego przedstawionego na ilustracji fig.1 - grilla ogrodowego - jest to ze: — stanowi go kilku-elementowa bryla, z których dolny element, stanowiacy podstawe grilla, przypomina sciety ostroslup. W jednej z bocznych scianek podstawy wykonano centralnie otwór; — na opisanym wyzej elemencie umieszczony jest kolejny element, ksztaltem zblizony do kielicha, przy czym srednica jego podstawy jest mniejsza niz górna podstawa opisanego na poczatku ostroslupa scietego. The garden grill submitted for protection is shown in illustration 1 in a front view, while fig. 2 shows its next form, i.e., a variation of the industrial design presented in a perspective view. List of variations of the industrial design: 1) garden grill - fig. 1, 2) garden stone grill - fig. 2. An essential feature of the industrial design shown in illustration 1 - a garden grill - is that: — it consists of a multi-element shape, of which the lower element, constituting the base of the grill, resembles a truncated pyramid. One of the side walls of the base has a central opening; — another element, similar in shape to a cup, is placed on the element described above, the diameter of its base being smaller than the upper base of the truncated pyramid described at the beginning. A hole has been made in the bowl of the chalice, through which the firebox is visible; — above the bowl of the chalice, another element is visible: the four-sided roof of the grill. The corresponding corners of the roof and the corners of the grill base are connected by a chain-like line; — above the upper edge of the roof, another element is visible, constituting the chimney of the grill, formed successively from the bottom by: a horizontal rectangle, the lower edge of which corresponds to the length of the roof's finial, another horizontal rectangle - slightly wider and lower, another - slightly wider horizontal rectangle, and above it an upward-curved rectangle, connecting with the upper edge of the widest rectangle at its shorter sides. - 2- An important feature of the industrial design variant shown in Fig. 2 - a garden stone grill - is that: — it is composed of several elements, of which the lower element, constituting the base of the grill, resembles a truncated pyramid. A central opening is made in one of the side walls of the base; — on the element described above, another element is placed, similar in shape to a goblet, with the diameter of its base being smaller than the upper base of the truncated pyramid described at the beginning. A hole is made in the goblet, through which the firebox is visible; — above the goblet, another element is visible, constituting the four-sided roof of the grill. The corresponding corners of the roof and the corners of the grill base are connected by a chain-like line; — above the upper edge of the goblet, another element is visible, constituting the chimney of the grill, formed successively from below by: a horizontal rectangle, the lower edge of which corresponds to the length of the roof's finial; another horizontal rectangle – slightly wider and lower; another – slightly wider horizontal rectangle; and above it, an upwardly curved rectangle, connecting its shorter sides to the upper edge of the widest rectangle; — the base of the grill and its cup-shaped part are covered with decorative, small stones; — the roof of the grill is lined with a material imitating shingles; — the chimney of the grill has a brick texture; — the corresponding corners of the roof and the corners of the grill base are connected with a metal chain.
