KARMNIK Przedmiotem wzoru przemyslowego jest karmnik, przeznaczony zwlaszcza do zywienia ptaków i gryzoni. Istota przedmiotu zgloszenia wedlug wzoru przejawia sie w jego oryginalnym uksztaltowaniu oraz zastosowanym zdobnictwie. Przedmiot wzoru uwidoczniony zostal na rysunku schematycznym, na którym fig.1 przedstawia karmnik w widoku z boku, natomiast fig.2 w widoku z góry. Znany jest z wzoru przemyslowego nr 8634 karmnik w postaci preta laczacego w czesci górnej kolowy daszek z kolowa podstawa w czesci dolnej. Karmnik wedlug wzoru sklada sie z pionowego rdzenia przeznaczonego do utrzymania mieszaniny pokarmowej, zakonczonego w czesci dolnej miseczka - lapaczem ziaren, przy czym pionowo usytuowany rdzen karmnika, ma profilowana pobocznice w ten sposób ze w widoku z góry jego powierzchnia wewnetrzna ma postac rury o zarysie zblizonym do kola, na osiach której ma usytuowane wzajemnie prostopadle wystepy, rozmieszczone symetrycznie po obwodzie, o ksztalcie stylizowanej litery „T", natomiast lapacz ziaren usytuowany w czesci dolnej ma postac miseczki o zarysie kolowym z profilowana, plaska w czesci górnej krawedzia, oraz skosna pobocznica.Cechy istotne przedmiotowego wzoru w postaci karmnika to, charakterystyczny wyglad powstaly poprzez polaczenie rdzenia oraz lapacza ziaren, przy czym rdzen ma postac pionowo usytuowanego elementu, który ma profilowana pobocznice w ten sposób ze w widoku z góry jego powierzchnia wewnetrzna ma postac rury o zarysie zblizonym do kola, na osiach której ma usytuowane wzajemnie prostopadle wystepy o ksztalcie stylizowanej litery „T", natomiast lapacz ziaren ma postac miseczki o zarysie kolowym z profilowana, plaska w czesci górnej krawedzia, oraz skosna pobocznica, jak pokazano na zalaczonym materiale ilustracyjnym fig.1, fig.2.Fig.1 Fig.2 PLFEEDING TABLE. The subject of the industrial design is a feeder, intended particularly for feeding birds and rodents. The essence of the subject of the design application is its unique shape and decorative features. The subject of the design is shown in a schematic drawing, in which Fig. 1 shows the feeder from the side, and Fig. 2 from the top. A feeder in the form of a rod connecting a circular roof at the top with a circular base at the bottom is known from industrial design No. 8634. The feeder according to the design consists of a vertical core intended to hold the food mixture, terminated in the lower part with a cup - grain catcher, wherein the vertically positioned core of the feeder has profiled side walls in such a way that in a top view its inner surface has the form of a tube with an outline close to a circle, on the axes of which it has mutually perpendicular projections, arranged symmetrically around the circumference, in the shape of a stylized letter "T", while the grain catcher located in the lower part has the form of a cup with a circular outline with a profiled, flat edge in the upper part and a slanted side wall. The essential features of the subject design in the form of a feeder are the characteristic appearance created by combining the core and the grain catcher, wherein the core has the form of a vertically positioned element with profiled side walls in such a way that in a top view its inner surface has the form of a tube with an outline close to a wheel, on the axes of which there are mutually perpendicular projections in the shape of a stylized letter "T", while the grain catcher has the form of a circular bowl with a profiled, flat edge in the upper part and an oblique side, as shown in the attached illustration material Fig. 1, Fig. 2.
