Przedmiotem wzoru zdobniczego jest zestaw lazienkowy, skladajacy sie z pólki na papier toaletowy, pólki podwólnej, trzech pólek o róznych dlugosciach, lustra, zlewu, wieszaka na recznik, wazonika na kwiaty, wazonika na szczotke „wc" oraz wieszaka zestawu. Istote wzoru zdobniczego stanowi nowa postac zestawu przejawiajaca sie w ksztalcie oraz zastosowanym zdobnictwie poszczególnych jego elementów. Wazoniki maja ksztalt zblizony do prostopadloscianu, zlozonego z szeregu jednakowych plytek usytuowanych jedna na drugiej, w czesci górnej wazoników,znajduje sie kolnierz pod którym usytuowany jest aluminiowy stelaz o ksztalcie ceownika. wyprofilowany w czesci tylnej w ksztalcie odwróconej pionowej litery „L" stanowiacej uchwyt. Centralnie w czesci srodkowej wazoników znajduje sie otwór o zarysie kola i srednicy - mniejszej w przypadku wazonika na kwiaty, oraz wiekszej w przypadku wazonika na szczotke wc, jak pokazano na zalaczonym materiale ilustracyjnym fig. 1, oraz fig. 12. Wieszak na recznik w widoku z boku ma postac preta o ksztalcie katownika, wyprofilowanego w czesci górnej w ksztalcie odwróconej litery „L", jak pokazano na zalaczonym materiale ilustracyjnym fig.2 Trzy pólki o róznych dlugosciach, w widoku czolowym maja ksztalt dwóch wydluzonych prostokatów o róznych szerokosciach i równych dlugosciach, usytuowanych jeden pod drugim oraz skrajnie na obu koncach, dwóch prostokatów usytuowanych w plaszczyznie pionowej, przy czym dolny prostokat oraz pionowo usytuowane prostokaty to metalowy stelaz pólki i uchwyty, zas prostokat usytowany pomiedzy nimi, to szklany blat pólki, w widoku z boku stelaz ma ksztalt katownika, wyprofilowanego w czesci górnej, na zewnatrz uchwytu, w ksztalcie odwróconej litery „L", jak pokazano na zalaczonym materiale ilustracyjnym, fig 3, 4, 5, 6. Pólka na papier toaletowy ma postac metalowego stelaza o ksztalcie stylizowanej litery „E" na której górnej krawedzi, usytuowana jest szklana pólka o zarysie prostokata, jak pokazano na zalaczonym materiale ilustracyjnym., fig.7. Pólka podwójna ma zarys zblizony do ceownika, który tworza metalowy stelaz, oraz dwie szklane pólki o zarysie prostokata, w czesci górnej stelaz ma uchwyt, wyprofilowany w ksztalcie odwróconej litery „L", jak pokazano na zalaczonym materiale ilustracyjnym, fig.8. Zlew ma ksztalt prostopadlosciennej bryly, która w widoku z góry ma zarys kwadratu zas w widoku z boku zarys prostokata, zlozonego z szeregu pionowych szklanych plyt o zarysach wydluzonych prostokatów, polaczonych wzajemnie ze soba, z wybraniem posrodku o zarysie zblizonym do fragmetu luku, które w widoku z góry ma zarys kwadratu z centralnie usytuowanym otworem. Zlew usytuowany jest na metalowym stelazu w ksztalcie litery „H", jak pokazano na zalaczonym materiale ilustracyjnym, fig.9, 10. Lustro w widoku czolowym ma zarys prostokata, ozdobionego po bokach, nacalej dlugosci, metalowymi listwami o zarysach zblizonych do prostokatów, jak pokazano na zalaczonym materiale ilustracyjnym, fig. 11. Wieszak kompletu, na którym umocowane sa poszczególne elementy zestawu ma postac metalowego preta o przekroju zblizonym do prostokata, jak pokazano na zalaczonym materiale ilustracyjnym, fig. 13. Stelaze poszczególnych elementów kompletu wykonane sa w metalu w kolorze srebrnym, zas pólki wazoniki oraz zlew wykonane sa ze szkla w odcieniu koloru zielonego. The subject of the ornamental design is a bathroom set consisting of a toilet paper shelf, a double shelf, three shelves of different lengths, a mirror, a sink, a towel rack, a flower vase, a toilet brush vase and a hanger for the set. The essence of the ornamental design is the new form of the set, manifested in the shape and the ornamentation applied to its individual elements. The set is shown in the attached illustrations, in which fig. 1 shows a vase in a front view, fig. 2 a towel rack in a side view, fig. 3 shelves in a side view, fig. 4 a soap dish in a front view, fig. 5 a medium shelf in a front view, fig. 6 a large shelf in a front view, fig. 7 a toilet paper shelf in a front view, fig. 8 a double shelf in a side view, fig. 9 a sink in a top view, fig. 10 a sink in a front view, fig. 11 a mirror in a front view, and fig. 12 a toilet brush vase in a front view, while fig. 13 a hanger for the set and fig. 14 a fragment of the set in a perspective view. The vases are roughly cuboid in shape, composed of a series of identical plates arranged one on top of the other. At the top of the vases, there is a flange, beneath which is an aluminum U-shaped frame, profiled in the rear section in the shape of an inverted vertical "L" letter, which serves as a handle. In the central part of the vases there is a hole in the shape of a circle and a diameter - smaller in the case of the flower vase and larger in the case of the toilet brush vase, as shown in the attached illustrations Fig. 1 and Fig. 12. The towel rack in a side view has the form of a rod in the shape of an angle bar, profiled in the upper part in the shape of an inverted "L", as shown in the attached illustrations Fig. 2. Three shelves of different lengths, in the front view have the shape of two elongated rectangles of different widths and equal lengths, located one below the other and, at the extreme ends, two rectangles located in a vertical plane, where the lower rectangle and the vertically located rectangles are the metal frame of the shelf and the handles, while the rectangle located between them, there is a glass shelf top; in a side view, the frame has the shape of an angle bar, profiled in the upper part, outside the handle, in the shape of an inverted "L", as shown in the attached illustrations, fig. 3, 4, 5, 6. The toilet paper shelf has the form of a metal frame in the shape of a stylized letter "E", on the upper edge of which there is a glass shelf with a rectangular outline, as shown in the attached illustrations, fig. 7. The double shelf has an outline similar to a C-profile, which is formed by the metal frame, and two glass shelves with a rectangular outline, in the upper part the frame has a handle, profiled in the shape of an inverted "L", as shown in the attached illustrations, fig. 8. The sink has the shape of a cuboid solid, which in a top view has the outline of a square and in a side view the outline of a rectangle, composed of a series of vertical glass plates with the outlines of elongated rectangles, interconnected with each other, with a recess in the middle with an outline similar to a fragment of an arc, which in a top view has the outline of a square with a centrally located opening. The sink is placed on a metal frame in the shape of the letter "H", as shown in the attached illustrations, fig. 9, 10. The mirror in the frontal view has a rectangular outline, decorated on the sides, along its entire length, with metal strips with outlines similar to rectangles, as shown in the attached illustrations, fig. 11. The set's hanger, on which the individual elements of the set are mounted, has the form of a metal rod with a cross-section similar to a rectangle, as shown in the attached illustrations, fig. 13. The frames of the individual elements of the set are made of silver metal, while the shelves, vases and the sink are made of glass in a shade of green. PL PL PL
