Rafal Szik Mieszków. Polska Serwantka Ochrona wzoru zdobniczego trwa od dnia 09.06.1999 r. Przedmiotem wzoru zdobniczego jest serwantka. Istota wzoru jest nowa postac przedmiotu, przejawiajaca sie w jego ksztalcie oraz ukladzie linii i zmierzajaca do celów estetycznych. Wzór zostal przedstawiony na zalaczonym materiale ilustracyjnym, na którym fig. 1 jest jego fotografia, a fig. 2 przekrojem krawedzi szyb. Serwantka ma forme prostopadlosciennej skrzyni ustawionej na nogach, przy czym jej czesc górna ma zwienczenie. Usytuowane nad szuflada drzwi majaprostokatna ramke, stanowiaca pogrubienie ich zewnetrznych krawedzi widoczne w plaszczyznie czolowej. Rama drzwi jest podzielona wewnatrz trzema poprzeczkami na cztery czesci, przy czym kazdy z powstalych w ten sposób otworów jest przeszklony. Sciany boczne maja po cztery prostokatne otwory, usytuowane na wysokosciach otworów w ramie, poza tym otwory w scianach bocznych sa przeszklone. Wewnatrz serwantki, na poziomach poprzeczek w ramie drzwi, znajduja sie trzy pólki. Plaszczyzna czolowa szuftady ma biegnace wzdluz jej krawedzi obramowanie stanowiace ich pogrubienie. Do krawedzi boków z czola serwantki przylegaja dwie kolumny, które w czesciach dolnych maja szeregi zgrubien, natomiast w czesciach górnych kolumny maja szeregi zgrubien przechodzacych w glowice wkomponowane w wysuniete poza plaszczyzny boków serwantki, zwienczenie bedace pogrubieniem jej górnych krawedzi. Z powierzchni ostatnich w szeregach zgrubien, usytuowanych w górnych czesciach kolumn, ponizej ich przejsc w zwienczenie, wychodzi cokól biegnacy przez sciany boczne i oddzielajacy scianke czolowa od krawedzi górnej drzwi. W widoku z czola serwantki zwienczenie jej górnych krawedzi biegnie po usytuowanym centralnie luku wiekszym z wybrzuszeniem skierowanym na zewnatrz. Konce luku wiekszego zwienczenia przechodza w luki mniejsze, których wybrzuszenia sa skierowane do wewnatrz. Wewnatrz serwantki sciana tylna jest wylozona lustrem. Szyby w otworach drzwi i scian bocznych maja na obwodzie sfazowana krawedz. Na powierzchni najwyzej polozonej górnej pólki jest podparta na kolumienkach z toczonymi zgrubieniami, póleczka jak pokazano na zalaczonym materiale ilustracyjnym fig. 1 i fig. 2. PL PL PLRafal Szik Mieszków. Polish Display Cabinet. Ornamental design protection has been in effect since June 9, 1999. The subject of the ornamental design is a display cabinet. The essence of the design is a new form of the object, manifested in its shape and arrangement of lines, and aimed at aesthetic purposes. The design is presented in the attached illustrative material, in which Fig. 1 is a photograph of the display cabinet, and Fig. 2 is a cross-section of the glass pane edge. The display cabinet takes the form of a rectangular chest set on legs, with its upper part having a finial. The doors situated above the drawer have a rectangular frame, thickening their outer edges, visible from the front. The door frame is divided internally into four sections by three crossbars, with each of the resulting openings being glazed. The side walls each have four rectangular openings, positioned at the height of the openings in the frame. The side wall openings are also glazed. Inside the display cabinet, at the level of the door frame crossbars, are three shelves. The drawer's front face has a frame running along its edge, thickening the edges. Adjacent to the sides of the display cabinet are two columns, whose lower sections feature rows of bulges, while the upper sections of the columns have rows of bulges that merge into capitals integrated into the display cabinet's protruding sides, a finial that thickens the cabinet's upper edges. From the surfaces of the last rows of bulges, located in the upper sections of the columns, below their transitions to the finial, emerges a plinth that runs through the side walls and separates the front wall from the upper edge of the door. In the view from the front of the display case, the finial of its upper edges follows a centrally located larger arch with a bulge pointing outward. The ends of the larger arch of the finial merge into smaller arches, the bulges of which point inward. Inside the display case, the rear wall is mirrored. The glass in the door openings and side walls has a beveled edge around its perimeter. On the surface of the uppermost shelf, a shelf is supported by columns with turned beads, as shown in the attached illustrations, Fig. 1 and Fig. 2. PL PL PL
