Rafal Szik Mieszków, Polska Szafa z lustrem Ochrona wzoru zdobniczego trwa od dnia 09.06.1999 r. Przedmiotem wzoru zdobniczego jest szafa z lustrem. Istota wzoru jest nowa postac przedmiotu, przejawiajaca sie w jego ksztalcie oraz ukladzie linii i zmierzajaca do celów estetycznych. Wzór zostal przedstawiony na materiale ilustracyjnym, na którym fig. 1 jest jego fotografia, a fig. 2 przekrojem krawedzi lustra. Szafa ma forme prostopadlosciennej skrzyni ustawionej na nogach, przy czym jej: czesc górna ma zwienczenie. Usytuowane nad dwoma szufladami drzwiszafy maja prostokatna rame, stanowiaca pogrubienie jej zewnetrznych krawedzi widoczne w plaszczyznie czolowej. Wewnatrz prostokatnej ramy w drzwiach znajduje sie usytuowana centralnie owalna ramka bedaca oprawa lustra. Plaszczyzny czolowe szuflad maja waskie obramowania, biegnace wzdluz ich krawedzi. Do krawedzi boków z czola szafy przylegaja dwie kolumny, które w czesciach dolnych maja szeregi zgrubien, natomiast w czesciach górnych kolumny maja szeregi zgrubien przechodzacych w glowice wkomponowane w wysuniete poza plaszczyzny boków szafy, zwienczenie bedace pogrubieniem jej górnych krawedzi. Z powierzchni ostatnich w szeregach zgrubien, usytuowanych w górnych czesciach kolumn, ponizej ich przejsc w zwienczenie, wychodzi cokól biegnacy przez sciany boczne i sciane czolowa. W widoku z czola szafy zwienczenie jej górnych krawedzi biegnie po usytuowanym centralnie luku wiekszym z wybrzuszeniem skierowanym na zewnatrz. Konce luku wiekszego zwienczenia przechodza w luki mniejsze, których wybrzuszenia sa skierowane do wewnatrz. Ornamental design protection has been in effect since June 9, 1999. The design is a mirrored wardrobe. The essence of the design is a new form of the object, manifested in its shape and arrangement of lines, and aimed at aesthetic purposes. The design is presented in illustrative material, in which Fig. 1 is a photograph of the design and Fig. 2 is a cross-section of the mirror edge. The wardrobe has the form of a rectangular chest set on legs, with its upper section topped. The wardrobe doors, situated above two drawers, have a rectangular frame, thickening its outer edges, visible from the front. Inside the rectangular frame, there is a centrally located oval frame, framing the mirror. The drawer fronts have narrow frames running along their edges. Adjacent to the edges of the cabinet's side panels are two columns, each with a series of bulges in its lower sections, while the upper sections of the columns have a series of bulges that merge into heads integrated into the cabinet's protruding side panels, a crown that extends beyond the cabinet's upper edges. From the surfaces of the last rows of bulges, located in the upper sections of the columns, below their transitions to the crown, emerges a plinth that runs through the side walls and front wall. Viewed from the cabinet's front, the crown of its upper edges follows a centrally located larger arc with an outward-facing bulge. The ends of the larger arc of the crown merge into smaller arcs, the bulges of which are inward-facing.
