Description

Uzyskane granulaty suszy sie w temperaturze 35°-40°C w suszarni tunelowej, do zawartosci okolo 8-M0% wody. Zastrzezenia patentowe 1. PLThe subject of the invention is a method of producing a granular compound feed for fish, especially for carp, used in breeding for intensive fattening. Known methods of producing feed for fish consist mainly in mixing and canceling appropriately selected components and in such treatment that they maintain maximum stability in water, which is a very important factor in feeding fish. And so, from the Polish People's Republic patent No. 68 405, the method of producing granulated fodder mixture for fish is known, which consists in thorough mixing of the necessary, comminuted components and subsequent granulation with steam at a temperature of 170 - = - 180 ° C and a pressure of 0.3 -5-0, 8 MPa in the amount of 4% by weight of the mixture and then added to increase the stability of binders such as 20% animal blood albumin solution or 15% casein glue solution. There is also known from the Polish People's Republic patent No.99,967 a method of producing a fish feed mixture, in which components, mainly cereal meals and flour: fish and meat-bone, mixed and collected to increase its stability, are heated to a temperature of 300 ° H-450 ° C by 1-2 minutes, then it is cooled and covered with a hydrophobic substance, using a mixture of paraffin and vitamins. The mentioned methods of producing granulated fodder are troublesome and energy-intensive. The technology for obtaining albumin from blood plasma is complex, while the casein gruel is very difficult to hydrolyze in the digestive tract of fish. Sintering the granules at high temperatures leads to biochemical degradation of nutrients, which is associated with a reduction in their digestibility. The use of paraffin as an insulating cover improving the stability is also a ballast on the digestive tract, due to the fact that paraffin is not digestible. In order to avoid the above-mentioned inconveniences, a method according to the invention was developed, the essence of which consists in introducing a starting component, constituting up to 50% of the mass of the feed substance in the form of the waste milk thistle meal after alcohol extraction of flavonolignans, which prepares steam with a pressure of about 0.05 MPa for about 30 minutes, and then mixed with dry conventional ingredients Z 143 7 *, then 15% molasses syrup in an amount up to 10% is added dry shredded milk thistle until the moisture content of the mixture is 25 -s-30%. The mixture prepared in this way is conditioned for a short time, about 15 minutes, and then granules are prepared in a known manner, which are dried at a temperature of preferably 35 ° -50 ° C to a water content of about 8-10%. The obtained granulate is confectioned into pieces, preferably 5 -s-15 mm in length. A hydrophobic shield in the form of milk thistle oil is applied to the granules in an amount from 2 to 4% of the weight of the granules. The fish feed made according to the invention, based on the post-extraction milk thistle seed purification, contains vegetable protein of high biological value, and also retains the remains of active bodies of flavonolignans, which stimulate the action of cells in the worm-pancreas of fish, e.g. carp, especially exposed to fatness in intensive fattening, and improve the functions of the liver after severe damage such as viremia and poisoning. The coating of milk thistle oil not only improves stabilizing properties, but is also perfectly digested in the digestive tract of the fish and is a source of energy that improves the energy-protein ratio, which is important from a nutritional point of view. All the components of the mixture, after processing in the fodder production process according to the invention, are fully digestible by fish, especially carp, while at the same time having good water stability and high feed efficiency. The following is an example of an embodiment of a mixture according to the invention: The full percentage of the feed mixture is: post-extraction milk thistle meal meat and bone meal blood meal feed yeast dried alfalfa premix WK wheat meal refined milk thistle oil molasses - 50% - 10% - 5% -4% - 4% - 1% - 22 ^ -24% - 2 * 4% - 2 + 3% The base ingredient in a moist form in the initial state of waste milk thistle meal after alcohol extraction of flavonolignans, steam is prepared with a pressure of 0.05 Mpa for 30 minutes to improve the bioavailability by defibrating the tissues of mechanically disintegrated seeds. All dry ingredients of the composition presented above are mixed with the grated milk thistle in a drum mixer for 10 minutes. and 15% molasses syrup is added in an amount to 10% of the dry weight of milk thistle until the mix moisture content is 25-30%. After the syrup has been thoroughly distributed, the mixture is conditioned for a dozen or so minutes in order to make additional use of the binding properties of the binding of the gluten net, which comes from a relatively high proportion of wheat protein. Next, granulation is carried out in an extruder on 8 mm dies and the granules are packaged into pieces, preferably 5 - = - 15 mm long. The obtained granules are dried at a temperature of 35 ° -40 ° C in a tunnel dryer, to the content of about 8-M0% of water. The dried granulate is covered with a film of milk thistle seed oil in the amount of 2 -r4% of the weight of the granulate, which is applied by spraying. Patent claims 1 The method of producing granulated compound feed for fish, especially for carp, with the content of cereal meal and flour from blood and meat and bone and coated with a hydrophobic substance, characterized by the fact that preferably up to 50% of the weight of the feed substance, the base component in the form of grist milk thistle. after alcohol extraction of the flavonolignans, steam is prepared at a pressure of about 0.05 MPa, preferably for 30 minutes, and then mixed with dry conventional ingredients, followed by adding 15% molasses syrup in an amount to 10% of dry spicy grit until the moisture content of the mixture is reached, preferably 25-30%, which after a short conditioning is processed into granules in a known manner, on which, after drying, a hydrophobic shell in the form of vegetable oil, preferably from milk thistle seeds. 2.
