Description
The invention relates to agriculture, in particular to methods for the processing of food waste, and can be used on livestock farms for the preparation of roots from food waste for feeding animals. The known method of preparing food from food waste is that food waste is separated into liquid and solid fractions before processing, after which the liquid fraction is sterilized and solid dried tij However, the nutritional value of the food prepared in this way is small, because with the liquid fraction, about 20 dry matter is separated, resulting in a protein-vitamin-mineral nutritional value in the solid fraction and an increase in the percentage of fiber. There is also known a method of preparing food from food waste, according to which food waste is first cleaned from mechanical impurities, then crushed and mixed with dry feed additives (mixed fodder, herbs for flour), and then subjected to high-temperature drying in a drying drum 2 J. The disadvantage of this The method is a high percentage of the burnt fraction yield, as a result of which the quality of the feed is reduced. Studies on the drying of crushed food waste in a drum dryer show that, during the drying process, food waste containing about BQ% of moisture adheres to the inside of the drum, decreases its productivity and increases the percentage of burnt fraction output (about 10%), while The drying time with a humidity of about one mass of about 70% of the burned fraction is 2–3. Closest to the invention is a method of preparing kopMa from food waste, in particular fish waste, which consists in cleaning from impurities and grinding; mixing with peat as a moisture adsorbent and subsequent drying of the f3 J mixture in a known method does not make peat a feed additive and does not affect the quality of the product obtained during the heat treatment of a mixture of liquid fish processing products. Therefore, the quality of the feed is not high enough, since drying the product does not modify the peat, which in its raw form is difficult to digest. The aim of the invention is to improve the quality of the feed. This goal is achieved by preparing food from food waste, including cleaning food waste from impurities, grinding, mixing with peat and then drying the mixture, drying the mixture at an OO ti5Q ° C. In addition, peat is used in the amount of 5-25% by weight of food waste. As a result of the proposed method, high-moor peat added to food waste as an adsorbent material improves the quality of the feed as a result of the high-temperature regime: it increases the amount of sugar, hemicellulose soluble in pectin in it, gelatinizes starch to soluble carbohydrates and simple Sugars. As a result, the digestibility of the resulting feed is improved. Peat eaten by animals along with food 9, in addition, has a detrimental effect on E. coli and other pathogenic microflora Example. To prepare dry food from food waste with moisture, food waste is cleaned of inedible impurities, then, in order to reduce the percentage of moisture and improve the drying process. They add high-moor peat, then grind and mix on an APK-10 type chopper-mixer. For the preparation of dry food from food waste with a moisture content of 80%, three mixtures of food waste with, and 25% of top peat are taken. In tab. 1 shows the chemical composition of high peat. The mixtures obtained are dried in an ABM-1.5 type dryer at a heat carrier temperature of 70 ° C at the inlet and C at the outlet. -.- In |. The result is a feed mixture, the content of components in which is given in table. 2. For balanced feeding, feed is added to the feed mixture, the amount of which is defined in Table 3. Feed mixture with the addition of 5% and 8% peat in the form of pellets or flour can be used for fattening pigs, and feed mixture with the addition of 25 peat - as an additional feed additive to cattle. With a wet granulation method, the amount of hemicellulose soluble in pectin is increased, and the amount of fiber is reduced. Peat with bactericidal properties, affects the intestinal pa-. typhoid fever, etc., contained in food waste, and also absorbs unpleasant specific odors from them. At the same time, the nutritional and taste qualities of the feed are improved, the gelatinization of starch (polysaccharides) occurs to soluble carbohydrates and simple sugars, and the digestibility of the product increases. The resulting product has a moisture content of H% and the following chemical composition,%: protein 11.3, "(ir6, fiber, BEV 39.2. The total nutritional value of 1 kg of feed is 0.7 feed units. Experiments have shown that when balancing diets for protein-vitamin and mineral supplements when fattening for 1 head of gilt, you can save 20 kg of feed units per 100 days, fattening, which gives an additional 3.5 kg of pork.
