Description
Przyklad I. 52,3 g sodowej soli kwa¬ su rteciowosalicylo-alliloamido-o-octowego, otrzymanego wedlug przykladu IV paten¬ tu niemieckiego Nr 423031, rozpuszcza sie w; 150 cm3 wody. Mieszajac energicznie, dodaje sie kroplami roztwór, zawierajacy 48,5 g azotanu bizmutowego, 48,5 g glice¬ ryny i 97 cm3 wody, a nastepnie mieszani¬ ne reakcyjna zobojetnia sie, dodajac 2-n lugu sodowego. Powstala biala zasadowa sól bizmutowa kwasu rteciowo-salicylo-alliloamido-o-octowego odsacza sie, prze¬ mywa wodalvalkdiolemi eterem i suszy w prozni. * -* * * Przyklad IL W ten sam sposób, jak wskazano w przykladzie I, otrzymuje sie zasadowa sól bizmutowa kwasu 4-rteciowo- allilooksy-3-acetyloaminoibenzeno - 1 - arsi- nowego, dzialajac roztworem 48,5 g azota¬ nu bizmutowego na 60 g soli sodowej kwa¬ su 4-rteciowo-allilooksy-3-acetylo-amino- benzeno-i-arsinowego, rozpuszczonego w 180 cm3 wody.Kwas allilo-oksy-acetyloaminobenzeno- arsinowy otrzymuje sie, dzialajac w alka¬ licznym roztworze bromkiem allilowym na kwas 3-acetyloamino-4-oksy-benzeno-7 -ar- sinowy. Kwas ten rozpuszcza sie dobrze w alkoholu metylowym i krystalizuje z wody w postaci bialych igielek. Wprowadzanie rteci odbywa sie tym samym sposobem, jak to produkcie wyjsciowym, wymienionym W przykladzie L PLIt has been found that organic mercury compounds which contain acid groups and in which mercury does not form a salt bond can easily be converted into basic bismuth salts. These compounds are maintained by exchanging the soluble salt of mercury compounds with normal or complex bismuth salts. The preparations obtained in this way are very suitable for the treatment of, for example, syphilis. German Patent No. 414191 of the mercury salts of the complex bismuthic acids, the preparations prepared according to the present process show less poisonous properties with at least the same therapeutic effect. In known preparations, mercury is bound in the form of an ion, while in the preparations obtained in accordance with the invention, it is bound organically, forming a complex connection, which entails a reduction in its poisoning effect. Example I. 52.3 g of sodium salt mercury-salicyl-allylamido-o-acetic acid obtained according to Example IV of German Patent No. 423031 is dissolved in 150 cm3 of water. While stirring vigorously, a solution containing 48.5 g of bismuth nitrate, 48.5 g of glycerin and 97 cm 3 of water is added dropwise, and then the reaction mixture becomes neutral by adding 2-n sodium liquor. The resulting white basic bismuth salt of mercury-salicyl-allylamide-o-acetic acid is filtered off, washed with water-alkydiol and ether and dried in a vacuum. * - * * * Example IL In the same manner as in Example 1, the basic bismuth salt of 4-mercury-allyloxy-3-acetylaminoibenzene-1-arsenic is obtained by treatment with a solution of 48.5 g of bismuth nitrate. per 60 g of sodium salt of 4-mercury-allyloxy-3-acetyl-amino-benzene-i-arsic acid dissolved in 180 cm3 of water. Allyl-oxy-acetylaminobenzene-arsinic acid is obtained by treating in an alkaline solution with bromide allylic acid to 3-acetylamino-4-oxy-benzene-7-aramino acid. This acid dissolves well in methyl alcohol and crystallizes from water in the form of white needles. The introduction of mercury is carried out in the same way as in the starting product mentioned in example L PL
