Nakretka na butelke Przedmiotem wzoru przemyslowego jest nakretka na butelke, stanowiaca wyposazenie butelki, szczególnie na napoje chlodzace, wody mineralne, wody gazowane i inne. Istote wzoru stanowi nowa i posiadajaca indywidualny charakter postac wytworu, nadana mu przez cechy linii, konturów, ksztaltów oraz material. Nakretka na butelke, zgodnie ze wzorem przemyslowym moze byc wytwarzana w sposób przemyslowy lub rzemieslniczy z tworzyw sztucznych. Przedmiot wzoru przemyslowego zostal zaprezentowany na zalaczonym rysunku, na którym fig.l - przedstawia usztywnienie nakretki w widoku z góry, zas fig.2 - uwidacznia usztywnienie nakretki w przekroju poprzecznym. Przedmiot wzoru zostal pokazany tez na fotografii, gdzie fig.3 — ilustruje nakretke w widoku ogólnym a fig.4 - w widoku od wewnatrz. Cechy istotne wzoru przemyslowego Do cech istotnych wzoru przemyslowego, nalezy zaliczyc, ze nakretka na butelke od strony wewnetrznej jest wyposazona w usztywnienie, które stanowia rozmieszczone w pewnym oddaleniu jedenod drugiego pierscienie 1 i 2, gdzie wysokosc Hi zewnetrznego pierscienia 1 jest mniejsza niz wysokosc H2 wewnetrznego pierscienia 2. The essence of the design is the product's new and unique form, imbued with character by the features of lines, contours, shapes, and materials. According to the industrial design, the bottle cap can be manufactured industrially or by hand from plastics. The industrial design is presented in the attached drawing, where Fig. 1 shows the cap's stiffener from above, and Fig. 2 shows the cap's stiffener in cross-section. The design is also shown in a photograph, where Fig. 3 illustrates the cap from a general view, and Fig. 4 from the inside. Essential features of the industrial design The essential features of the industrial design include that the bottle cap is equipped with stiffening on the inside in the form of rings 1 and 2 spaced at a certain distance from each other, where the height Hi of the outer ring 1 is less than the height H2 of the inner ring 2. Between the rings 1 and 2 there are arc-shaped ribs 3 arranged, due to which the stiffening of the cap on the inside resembles in its form a stylized flower petal placed inside a circle.
