Butelka Przedmiotem wzoru przemyslowego jest butelka do plynów spozyw- czych, zwlaszcza napojów alkoholowych. Znane sa powszechnie butelki do napojów o ksztalcie cylindrycznym z cylindryczna szyjka i nakretka lub z kapturkiem, posiadajace zewnetrzna powierzchnie matowa, a czasami chropowata. Jedne z nich, na przyklad znane z opisów wzorów przemyslowych Rp. 1 i Rp.2 oraz Rp.809, Rp.1903 i Rp.2898, posiadaja na zewnetrznej po- wierzchni matowej - po jednej stronie lub po dwóch stronach przeciwle- glych do siebie - czesc powierzchni gladka i przezroczysta . Inne sa na calej powierzchni matowe i posiadaja zdobienia w róznej po- staci. Z opisów wzoru przemyslowego Rp.217 znana jest butelka posiadajaca na obwodzie wypukle krawedzie, uskoki z tloczonym napisem i etykietami przednia i tylna w ksztalcie tarczy ochronnej. Z opisów wzorów przemyslowych Rp. 1902 i Rp.1903 znane sa butelki po- siadajace zdobienia w postaci kompozycji kolorystycznych, natomiast bu- telki wedlug wzorów przemyslowych Rp.2165 i Rp.2898 posiadaja zdobie- nia rozmieszczone na tylnej sciance, powiekszone przez zawarty w butelce plyn i widoczne na przedniej sciance na przezroc2ystej powierzchni w for- mie okienka.Istote wzoru przemyslowego stanowi nowa postac butelki przejawiaja- ca sie w jej zdobieniu. Przedmiot wzoru przemyslowego jest przedstawiony na ilustracji, której Fig. 1 przedstawia butelke w widoku czolowym, Fig. 2 - w widoku z boku, a Fig. 3 - w widoku z tylu. Na ilustracji Fig. 4 i Fig. 5 pokazane sa w po- wiekszeniu podstawowe elementy zdobienia powierzchni butelki. Jest ona wyko- nana z bezbarwnego, matowego szkla i posiada zdobienia i napisy w kolo- rach czarnym, szarym i srebrnym. Na przedniej scianie butelki - powyzej srodka jej czesci cylindrycznej, jest usytuowany w owalnej, srebrnej ramce, szaro-czarny wizerunek Igna- cego Paderewskiego na czarnym tle, ukazujacy prawy profil twarzy pod- partej prawa reka, a w prawej dolnej czesci owalnej ramki jest umieszczo- ny odreczny podpis I. Na tylnej scianie butelki - w górnej czesci jest powtórzony nieco nizszy napis „PADEREWSKI", a ponizej niego rysunek pianina.Szyjka butelki posiada czarny kapturek zakrywajacy okolo polowe jej wysokosci. Na kapturku od góry sa rozmieszczone na obwodzie dwa srebrne napisy „PADEREWSKI", a ponizej niego równiez w srebrnym kolorze motyw gra- ficzny w postaci odrecznie wykonanej pieciolinii z naniesionym zapisem nutowym. The subject of the industrial design is a bottle for food liquids, particularly alcoholic beverages. Cylindrical beverage bottles with a cylindrical neck and a cap or with a hood are commonly known, with a matte, and sometimes rough, outer surface. Some of them, for example, those known from the descriptions of industrial designs Rp. 1 and Rp. 2, as well as Rp. 809, Rp. 1903, and Rp. 2898, have a smooth and transparent part of the outer matte surface—on one side or on two opposing sides. Others are matte throughout and feature various decorations. Descriptions of industrial design Rp. 217 describe a bottle with convex edges around its circumference, offsets with embossed inscriptions, and front and rear labels in the shape of a protective shield. Descriptions of industrial designs Rp. 1902 and Rp. 1903 describe bottles with decorations in the form of color compositions, while bottles based on industrial designs Rp. 2165 and Rp. 2898 feature decorations arranged on the rear wall, magnified by the liquid contained within the bottle and visible on the front wall on a transparent surface in the form of a window. The essence of the industrial design is the new form of the bottle, manifested in its decoration. The subject of the industrial design is shown in the illustration, where Fig. 1 shows the bottle from the front, Fig. 2 from the side, and Fig. 3 from the back. Figures 4 and 5 show enlarged views of the basic elements of the bottle's surface decoration. The industrial-style bottle is an elongated cylinder with an elongated cylindrical neck, covered by a cap. It is made of colorless, frosted glass and features decorations and inscriptions in black, gray, and silver. On the front of the bottle—above the center of its cylindrical section—is a gray-and-black image of Ignacy Paderewski against a black background, framed in an oval silver frame, showing the right profile of his face supported by his right hand. In the lower right part of the oval frame is the handwritten signature of Ignacy Paderewski. Below the image, framed in an oval silver frame, is the inscription "PADEREWSKI." The inscription is written in large black characters with a silver outline, in bold, two-element script with serifs, with the first letter "P" and the last letter "I" being higher than the others. Below the inscription, at approximately 1/5 the height of the cylindrical part, a graphic motif in the form of a hand-drawn black staff with musical notation is placed around the entire circumference of the bottle. On the back wall of the bottle, in the upper part, a slightly lower inscription "PADEREWSKI" is repeated, and below it a drawing of a piano. The neck of the bottle has a black cap covering approximately half of its height. On the top of the cap, two silver inscriptions "PADEREWSKI" are placed around the circumference, and below it, a graphic motif in the form of a hand-drawn staff with musical notation is also placed in silver. Essential features of the industrial design 1. The bottle according to the industrial design is made of colourless, frosted glass, has the form of an elongated cylinder with an elongated cylindrical neck, covered with a cap, and has decorations and inscriptions in black, grey and silver. 2: On the front wall of the bottle in the upper part, in an oval frame, there is an image of Ignacy Paderewski and his handwritten signature "I.
