Istote wzoru stanowi nowa postac butelki przejawiajaca sie w jej zdobieniu. Przedmiot wzoru zdobniczego uwidoczniony jest na zalaczonych fotografiach, na których fig. 1 przedstawia butelke w widoku z przodu a fig. 2 - butelke w widoku od tylu. Zgodnie ze wzorem zdobniczym i jak uwidoczniono na zalaczonych fotografiach, butelka majaca ksztalt wysmuklego cylindra zaokraglonego u góry promieniem stycznym do jego scianek i przechodzacego ostro w strzelista szyjke, charakteryzuje sie tym, ze na tylnej sciance butelki, w czesci górnej, usytuowany jest obraz globu ziemskiego rozciagniety w pionie w ksztalcie elipsy, w kolorach bialym, granatowym, niebieskim i czerwonym, uwidoczniony i powiekszony poprzez zawarty w butelce plyn na przedniej sciance butelki w okregu, otoczonym obwódkami wkolorach jasno i ciemno zlotym na której tle umieszczony jest napis „DITILLED FOR THE MILLENNIUM" w kolorze ciemno zlotym. Ponizej okregu usytuowane sa kolejno w pionie napisy „POLMOS SIEDLCE", „MILLENNIUM", liczba „2000", „VODKA" oraz ozdobny czterowiersz. Na dole przedniej scianki umieszczony jest element graficzny w postaci prostokatnego pola w kolorze granatowym ze scietymi narozami, otoczonego obwódkami w kolorach bialym i zlotym, przy czym na tle dolnej obwódki widnieje element graficzny w postaci prostokatnego pola w kolorze czerwonym z biala obwódka, na którego tle znajduje sie napis „ESPECIALLY FOR THE MILLENNIUM" w kolorze bialym.Na tle prostokatnego pola widnieje wizerunek orla w koronie koloru zlotego a na jego tle tarcza herbowa w kolorze czerwonym, przyczym po obu jego stronach umieszczone sa medaliony w kolorze ciemno-zlotym, ponizej napis „MILLENNIUM 2000" w kolorze zlotym oraz ozdobny napis „Finest Grain Strong Vodka" w kolorze bialym. Na kapturku butelki, po obu stronach, usytuowane sa w pionie ozdobne paski w kolorze granatowym otoczone obwódkami w kolorze zlotym, na których tle widnieja napisy „MILLENNIUM 2000 VODKA" w kolorze zlotym. The subject of the ornamental design is a bottle intended for the storage, transport, and sale of liquids, particularly vodka. The essence of the design is the new form of the bottle, manifested in its decoration. The subject of the ornamental design is shown in the attached photographs, in which Fig. 1 shows the bottle from the front, and Fig. 2 - the bottle from the back. According to the decorative pattern and as shown in the attached photographs, the bottle, which has the shape of a slender cylinder rounded at the top with a radius tangential to its walls and passing sharply into a slender neck, is characterized by the fact that on the back wall of the bottle, in the upper part, there is an image of the globe stretched vertically in the shape of an ellipse, in the colors white, navy blue, blue and red, highlighted and magnified by the liquid contained in the bottle. On the front wall of the bottle, in a circle, surrounded by light and dark gold borders, against a background of which there is the inscription "DITILLED FOR THE MILLENNIUM" in dark gold. Below the circle, there are vertical inscriptions "POLMOS SIEDLCE", "MILLENNIUM", the number "2000", "VODKA" and a decorative quatrain. At the bottom of the front panel there is a graphic element in the form of a rectangular field in navy blue with cut corners, surrounded by white and gold borders, while against the background of the lower border there is a graphic element in the form of a rectangular field in red with a white border, against which there is the inscription "ESPECIALLY FOR THE MILLENNIUM" in white. Against the background of the rectangular field there is an image of a golden eagle with a crown and a red coat of arms shield against it, with dark golden medallions on both sides, below the inscription "MILLENNIUM 2000" in gold and a decorative inscription "Finest Grain Strong Vodka" in white. On both sides of the bottle's cap, there are vertical decorative navy blue stripes surrounded by gold borders, with the inscription "MILLENNIUM 2000 VODKA" in gold on the background.
