Podrecznik Przedmiotem wzoru przemyslowego jest podrecznik do nauki dowolnego przedmiotu. Podreczniki do nauki najczesciej maja ksztalt prostokatów i skladaja sie z okladki oraz umieszczonych w jej wnetrzu kartek z trescia. Kartki moga byc zamocowane w sposób trwaly rozlaczny lub nierozlaczny. Na estetyke znanych podreczników wplywa ich szata graficzna a szczególnie szata okladki oraz jakosc uzytych materialów. Przedmiotem wzoru przemyslowego jest podrecznik o ksztalcie prostokata ze skosnie scietym górnym narozem po przeciwnej stronie grzbietu, czyli od strony kartek i okladki nie polaczonych ze soba. Sciecie okladki i kartek jest takie samo. Podrecznik sklada sie z okladki oraz kartek zamocowanych w sposób trwaly nierozlaczny lub rozlaczny. Podrecznik ten po rozlozeniu ma ksztalt prostokata ze scietymi górnymi rogami po prawej i lewej stronie. Utworzone pod scieciami skrzydelka kartek przeznaczone sa na umieszczenie ilustrowanych odnosników do tresci multimedialnych skorelowanych z trescia podrecznika. Nowosc i oryginalnosc wzoru przemyslowego w odniesieniu do istniejacych rozwiazan przejawia sie w charakterystycznym ksztalcie podrecznika oraz umieszczeniu graficznych odnosników do tresci multimedialnych na skrzydelkach kartek. Przedmiot wzoru przemyslowego uwidoczniony jest na rysunku, na którym Fig. 1 przedstawia widok zlozonego podrecznika a Fig. 2 - rozkladówke podrecznika. Cechy istotne wzoru przemyslowego: podrecznik o ksztalcie prostokata ze skosnie scietym górnym narozem po przeciwnej stronie grzbietu, czyli odstrony kartek i okladki nie polaczonych ze soba, sciecie okladki i kartek jest takie samo, utworzone pod scieciami skrzydelka kartek przeznaczone sa na umieszczenie ilustrowanych odnosników do tresci multimedialnych skorelowanych z trescia podrecznika.Fig.1Fig.2Fig.1Fig.1Fig.2 PLTextbook: The subject of an industrial design is a textbook for learning any subject. Textbooks are most often rectangular in shape and consist of a cover and pages containing the text inside. The pages can be permanently attached, either detachably or permanently. The aesthetics of well-known textbooks are influenced by their graphic design, particularly the cover design, and the quality of the materials used. The subject of the industrial design is a rectangular textbook with a beveled upper corner on the opposite side of the spine, i.e., on the side of the pages and cover that are not joined together. The cut of the cover and pages is the same. The textbook consists of a cover and pages attached in a permanently, non-detachable or removable manner. When unfolded, this manual has a rectangular shape with beveled top corners on the right and left sides. The flaps of the pages, created under the bevels, are intended to accommodate illustrated links to multimedia content related to the manual's content. The novelty and originality of the industrial design, in relation to existing solutions, are evident in the manual's distinctive shape and the placement of graphic links to multimedia content on the flaps. The subject of the industrial design is shown in the drawing, where Fig. 1 shows the folded manual and Fig. 2 shows the manual's centerfold. Essential features of the industrial design: a rectangular textbook with a diagonally cut upper corner on the opposite side of the spine, i.e. on the side of the pages and cover that are not connected to each other, the cut of the cover and pages is the same, the flaps of the pages created under the cuts are intended to place illustrated links to multimedia content correlated with the content of the textbook.
