Opis wzoru przemyslowego Przedmiotem wzoru przemyslowego jest karta informacyjna przeznaczona do doboru pil ta- smowych. Karta stanowi wytwór skladajacy sie z dwóch plaskich wzajemnie przesuwnych elementów: elementu zewnetrznego i elementu wewnetrznego. Oba elementy sa widoczne w trakcie normalnego uzytkowania. Wzór jest nowy i ma oryginalny charakter z uwagi na charakterystyczna kolorystyke oraz kom- pozycje, ksztalt i wzajemne usytuowanie poszczególnych czesci ukladu graficznego: tabel informacyj- nych, figur i elementów graficznych oraz wycietych w karcie elementów i okien. Przedmiot wzoru przemyslowego zostal uwidoczniony na zalaczonym materiale ilustracyjnym, na którym: Fig. 1.1 przedstawia element zewnetrzny karty informacyjnej lacznie z czesciowo wysunie- tym elementem wewnetrznym karty - widok z góry; Fig. 1.2 przedstawia element zewnetrzny karty informacyjnej lacznie z czesciowo wysunie- tym elementem wewnetrznym karty - widok od dolu; Fig. 2.1 przedstawia element wewnetrzny karty - widok z góry; Fig. 2.2 przedstawia element wewnetrzny karty informacyjnej - widok od dolu. Karta informacyjna wedlug wzoru przemyslowego sklada sie z dwóch plaskich wzajemnie prze- suwnych elementów, zewnetrznego i wewnetrznego. Element zewnetrzny karty widoczny na Fig. 1.1 i Fig. 1.2 ma ksztalt prostokata. Posiada dwie strony koloru bialego wyrózniajace sie charakterystycz- nym ukladem graficznym, majace pólkoliste wyciecie na jednym z krótszych boków oraz tabele, figury i elementy graficzne w odcieniach granatu, niebieskiego, czerwieni i szarosci. Na stronie górnej elementu zewnetrznego widocznej na Fig. 1.1 znajduja sie: - przy dolnej, dluzszej krawedzi pasek w kolorach na przemian: granatowy-czerwony- granatowy wraz z elementami graficznymi i informacyjnymi; - nad paskiem obszar podzielony na trzy czesci: prawa czesc stanowi tabela z danymi umieszczonymi w podluznych zacieniowanych na niebiesko polach; srodkowa czesc to uklad graficzny prostokatnych pól przedstawiajacy ostrza pil; w czesci lewej znajduje sie tabela informacyjna z wycietymi otworami majacymi ksztalt korzystnie prostokatny. Na stronie dolnej elementu zewnetrznego karty informacyjnej widocznej na Fig. 1.2 znajduja sie: - linijki na obu dluzszych krawedziach; - z jednej strony znak slowno-graficzny „sword pily tasmowe"; - tabela z danymi umieszczonymi w podluznych zacieniowanych polach. Element wewnetrzny karty widoczny na Fig. 2.1 i Fig. 2.2 ma ksztalt prostokata zgodnego z prostokatnym ksztaltem elementu zewnetrznego karty. Element wewnetrzny posiada dwie wyróznia- jace sie charakterystycznym ukladem graficznym strony koloru bialego zawierajace na jednym z krót- szych boków pólkolisty element graficzny w kolorze granatowym, odpowiadajacy pólkolistemu wycie- ciu w elemencie zewnetrznym oraz tabele i figury graficzne w odcieniach granatu i niebieskiego. Na stronie górnej elementu wewnetrznego widocznej na Fig. 2.1 znajduje sie tabela z danymi: dane w czesci dolnej tabeli umieszczone sa w poziomych zacieniowanych na niebiesko polach; dane w czesci srodkowej tabeli umieszczone sa w bezbarwnych, nie wydzielonych polach; dane w czesci górnej tabeli umieszczone sa w granatowych polach. Na stronie dolnej elementu wewnetrznego karty informacyjnej widocznej na Fig. 2.2 znajduja sie: - równolegle do dluzszych krawedzi tablice z danymi, tablice posiadaja zacieniowane grana- towo-niebieskie tlo; - po obu stronach tabel, wzdluz krótszych krawedzi - bezbarwne pola zawierajace informa- cje dotyczaca odczytu danych z tabel; - po lewej stronie tabel elementy graficzne ulatwiajace odczyt danych z tabel. Karta informacyjna utrzymana jest w kolorach: granatowym i jego odcieniach oraz niebieskim i jego odcieniach. Wybrane elementy ukladu graficznego sa w odcieniach czerwieni i szarosci. The card consists of two flat, mutually sliding elements: an external element and an internal element. Both elements are visible during normal use. The design is new and original due to its characteristic colors and the composition, shape, and relative positioning of individual parts of the graphic layout: information tables, figures and graphic elements, as well as elements and windows cut out in the card. The industrial design is shown in the attached illustration, in which: Fig. 1.1 shows the external element of the information card together with the partially extended internal element of the card - top view; Fig. 1.2 shows the external element of the information card together with the partially extended internal element of the card - bottom view; Fig. 2.1 shows the inner element of the card - top view; Fig. 2.2 shows the inner element of the information card - bottom view. An information card, according to the industrial design, consists of two flat, mutually sliding elements: an outer and an inner. The outer element of the card, visible in Fig. 1.1 and Fig. 1.2, is rectangular. It has two white sides distinguished by a characteristic graphic layout, having a semicircular cutout on one of the shorter sides, as well as tables, figures, and graphic elements in shades of navy blue, blue, red, and gray. The upper side of the outer element, visible in Fig. 1.1, includes: - along the lower, longer edge, a strip in alternating colors: navy blue-red-navy blue, along with graphic and information elements; - above the strip, an area divided into three parts: the right part is a table with data placed in elongated blue-shaded boxes; the middle part is a graphic arrangement of rectangular boxes representing saw blades; the left part contains an information table with cut-out holes, preferably rectangular in shape. The bottom side of the external element of the information card visible in Fig. 1.2 contains: - rulers on both long edges; - on one side, the word and graphic sign "sword saw band"; - a table with data placed in elongated shaded boxes. The internal element of the card visible in Fig. 2.1 and Fig. 2.2 has a rectangular shape consistent with the rectangular shape of the external element of the card. The inner element has two white pages with a distinctive graphic layout, each containing a semicircular navy blue graphic element on one of the shorter sides, corresponding to the semicircular cutout in the outer element, as well as tables and graphic figures in shades of navy blue and blue. The upper page of the inner element, visible in Fig. 2.1, contains a data table: the data in the lower part of the table is placed in horizontal, shaded blue boxes; the data in the middle part of the table is placed in colorless, unseparated boxes; the data in the upper part of the table is placed in navy blue boxes. The lower page of the inner element of the information card, visible in Fig. 2.2, contains: - data tables parallel to the longer edges; the tables have a shaded navy blue background; - on both sides of the tables, along the shorter edges, colorless fields containing information on reading data from the tables; - on the left side of the tables, graphic elements facilitating reading data from the tables. The information card is designed in navy blue and its shades, and blue and its shades. Selected elements of the graphic layout are in shades of red and gray. Essential features of the information card based on the industrial design: The information card based on the industrial design consists of two flat, mutually sliding elements: an outer and an inner one. The top of the inner element contains a table with data; the data in the bottom part of the table is placed in horizontal, blue-shaded boxes; the data in the middle part of the table is placed in colorless, unseparated boxes; the data in the top part of the table is placed in navy blue boxes.
