가운데 접합부가 상기 제1표지(102)의 안쪽면 가운데에 부착되는 제1속지(104)와;
상기 제1표지(102)의 앞면의 가장자리에 연결되며, 접으면 상기 제1표지(102)의 앞면과 상기 제1속지(104)의 처음 면 사이에 위치하게 되는 제2표지(106)와;
상기 제1표지(102)의 뒷면의 가장자리에 연결되며, 접으면 상기 제1표지(102)의 뒷면과 상기 제1속지(104)의 마지막 면 사이에 위치하게 되는 제3표지(108)와;
상기 제1표지(102)의 앞면과 상기 제2표지(106)의 사이에 가운데 접합부가 부착되는 제2속지(110)와;
