Description

Przedmiotem wynalazku jest suwnica podwieszona uzyteczna w transporcie bliskim.Dotychczas sa znane i powszechnie stosowane suwnice podwieszone, w których dzwigar polaczony jest sztywno z czolownicami, a kazda czolownica wyposazona jest w wózek napedzany i nienapedzany. Na dzwigarze podwieszony jest przejezdny wciagnik.Taka suwnica pracuje poprawnie przy dokladnym zachowaniu równoleglosci toru. Natomiast w przypadku wystepowania wiekszych odchylek wystepuja dodatkowe sily, powodujace zwiek¬ szone zuzycie kól jezdnych i jezdni. Ponadto suwnica nie nadaje sie do pracy po torze o ksztalcie kolowym.Istota rozwiazania wedlug wynalazku polega na tym, ze dzwigar suwnicy polaczony jest z czolownica stala poprzez wieszak umozliwiajacy obrót dzwigara wzgledem osi wieszaka, a z czolownica kompensacyjna dzwigar polaczony jest przez wieszak z wózkiem kompensatora, którego rolki przejezdne wspólpracuja z jezdnia kompensatora dzwigara suwnicy. Until now, there are known and commonly used suspended overhead traveling cranes, in which the girder is rigidly connected to the endcarriages, and each endcarriage is equipped with a driven and not driven trolley. A mobile hoist is suspended on the girder. Such an overhead crane works properly with the exact maintenance of the track parallelism. On the other hand, when larger deviations occur, additional forces occur, causing increased wear of the road wheels and the road. Moreover, the gantry crane is not suitable for working on a circular-shaped track. The essence of the solution according to the invention is that the girder of the gantry is connected with the fixed endcarriage through a hanger that enables the girder to rotate in relation to the axis of the hanger, and that the compensating end-member, the girder, is connected by the hanger with the compensator carriage, whose traveling rollers cooperate with the carriageway of the girder girder compensator. The cantilever trucks are connected to the driven trolley and the trolley through the cantilever hangers. A traveling hoist is mounted on the girder of the crane. The gantry crane, due to the fact that it has a compensating connection between the compensating end beam and the crane, and the girder on the endcarriage is suspended by hangers, can move freely along a track of various spans, as well as on a circular track. The invention is explained in more detail in the example of the embodiment shown in the drawings, in which Fig. 1 shows the overhead traveling cranes, Fig. 2 - side view overhead traveling cranes, and Fig. 3 - a detail of the girder and compensating end beam connection.
