Pierwszenstwo: 27 maja 1999 r. /Niemcy/ Przedmiotem wzoru zdobniczego jest zelazko do prasowania z termostatem i zbiornikiem na wode, posiadajace korpusu z uchwytem, pokretlo regulacyjne i plaska plyte prasujaca, w którym uchwyt stanowi jedna czesc z korpusem. Istote wzoru zdobniczego stanowi nowa postac zelazka do prasowania przejawiajaca sie w jego ksztalcie i ukladzie linii.Przedmiot wzoru zdobniczego jest uwidoczniony na zalaczonych fotografiach, na których fig. 1 przedstawia zelazko do prasowania w widoku ukosnym z boku i z przodu, fig. 2 -zelazko w widoku ukosnym z drugiego boku i z tylu, fig. 3 - zelazko w widoku z boku, fig. 4 - zelazko w widoku z drugiego boku, fig. 5 - zelazko w widoku z przodu, fig. 6 - zelazko w widoku z tylu, fig. 7 - zelazko w widoku z góry, a fig. 8 - zelazko w widoku od dolu. Zelazko do prasowania z termostatem i zbiornikiem na wode, posiada korpus z uchwytem, pokretlo regulacyjne oraz plaska plyte prasujaca. Uchwyt zelazka stanowi jedna czesc z korpusem, a dolna czesc korpusu wystaje na tylnym koncu poza plyte prasujaca, w miejscu gdzie znajduje sie tylna podstawa o ksztalcie zblizonym do trójkata. Tylna podstawa przechodzi lukowo w uchwyt, a nastepnie w kierunku przedniego zaostrzonego konca zelazka. Zelazko wedlug wzoru charakteryzuje sie tym, ze dolna czesc korpusu ma splaszczona powierzchnie, zwrócona w kierunku uchwytu, w kolorze odmiennym od korpusu, na której w przyblizeniu posrodku znajduje sie pokretlo regulacyjne termostatu, w postaci plaskiego krazka o lekko soczewkowej powierzchni górnej, w kolorze zblizonym do koloru korpusu, usytuowane na niewielkim cylindrycznym wystepie, unoszacym lekko pokretlo w góre, który to wystep ma boki opadajace symetrycznie po dwóch stronach zwróconych ku bokom zelazka, przy czym splaszczona powierzchnia czesci dolnej korpusu, w swej czesci tylnej wznosi sie na pewnym odcinku prawie prostopadle ku górze, tworzac w bokach korpusu niewielkie wneki, zas w czesci przedniej jest wysunieta ku przodowi wchodzac, na ksztalt trójkatów w przednia czesc boczna korpusu. Na tylnej trójkatnej podstawie znajduja sie trzy,lekko wypukle, ciemne pola: dwa prostokatne, o jednym rogu lukowym, skierowanym ku srodkowi podstawy, usytuowane przy narozach znajdujacych sie po stronie plyty prasujacej oraz jedno przy trzecim narozu podstawy tylnej, w ksztalcie pierscieniowego wycinka, jak to uwidoczniono na zalaczonych fotografiach - fig. 1 do fig. 8. Pomiedzy majaca lukowo uksztaltowane boki, trójkatna plyta prasujaca i korpusem znajduje sie obwodowe wglebienie. Plaska powierzchnia tylnej czesci korpusu jest lekko pochylona ku przodowi. W tylnej czesci u szczytu trójkatnej podstawy znajduje sie podluzny uchwyt dla przewodu elektrycznego, w postaci azurowej koszulki zakonczonej lejkowatym kielichem. Zbiornik na wode wbudowany jest w dolna czesc korpusu. Na powierzchni bocznej korpusu znajduja sie napisy, zas na tylnej powierzchni tylnej trójkatnej podstawy korpusu znajduja sie napisy oraz symbole graficzne. Na przedniej czesci korpusu usytuowane sa wlew wody oraz elementy do obslugi nawilzacza. PL PL PLIroning iron The right to register an ornamental design is valid from: 26 November 1999. The essence of the decorative design is a new form of the iron, manifested in its shape and line layout. The subject of the decorative design is shown in the attached photographs, in which Fig. 1 shows the iron in an oblique view from the side and front, Fig. 2 - the iron in an oblique view from the other side and back, Fig. 3 - the iron in a side view, Fig. 4 - the iron in a view from the other side, Fig. 5 - the iron in a front view, Fig. 6 - the iron in a back view, Fig. 7 - the iron in a top view, and Fig. 8 - the iron in a bottom view. The iron with a thermostat and water tank has a body with a handle, an adjustment knob, and a flat ironing plate. The iron's handle is one piece with the body, and the lower part of the body extends beyond the ironing plate at its rear end, where a roughly triangular rear base is located. The rear base curves into the handle and then toward the iron's pointed front end. The iron, according to the model, is characterized in that the lower part of the body has a flattened surface, facing the handle, in a color different from the body, on which, approximately in the center, there is a thermostat control knob in the form of a flat disc with a slightly lens-like upper surface, in a color similar to the color of the body, situated on a small cylindrical protrusion, slightly lifting the knob upwards, which protrusion has sides that fall symmetrically on two sides facing the sides of the iron, wherein the flattened surface of the lower part of the body, in its rear part, rises almost perpendicularly upwards for a certain distance, creating small recesses in the sides of the body, while in the front part it is protruding forward, entering, in the shape of triangles, the front side part of the body. The rear triangular base features three slightly convex dark areas: two rectangular, with one arc-shaped corner pointing toward the center of the base, located at the corners on the pressing plate side, and one at the third corner of the rear base, in the shape of a ring-shaped segment, as shown in the attached photographs - Fig. 1 to Fig. 8. A circumferential recess is located between the triangular pressing plate, which has arc-shaped sides, and the body. The flat surface of the rear part of the body is slightly tilted forward. At the rear top of the triangular base is an elongated holder for the electrical cord, in the form of an openwork sleeve topped with a funnel-shaped cup. The water tank is built into the lower part of the body. The side surfaces of the body feature inscriptions, while the rear surface of the triangular base of the body features inscriptions and graphic symbols. The front of the body features the water inlet and humidifier controls.
