Opakowanie Przedmiotem wzoru przemyslowego jest opakowanie, zwlaszcza czesci samochodowych, wykonane z kartonu, lub tektury, lub z podobnych do nich materialów. Nowa i posiadajaca indywidualny charakter postac wzoru przemyslowego przejawia sie w ukladzie graficzno -kolorystyczno-slownym zewnetrznych scian tego opakowania. Przedmiot wzoru przemyslowego zostal uwidoczniony na zalaczonym materiale ilustracyjnym, na którym fig. 1 przedstawia opakowanie w widoku perspektywicznym, a fig.2- rozwiniecie tego samego opakowania. Opakowanie ma ksztalt bryly prostopadlosciennej o dlugosci jego scian znacznie wiekszej od jego wysokosci i szerokosci. Na wszystkich dluzszych bocznych scianach opakowania znajduja sie identyczne uklady graficzno- kolorystyczno - slowne usytuowane na dwóch przylegajacych do siebie figurach z tlem zielonym i tlem zóltym. Dolna figura z tlem zielonym utworzona jest z dolnego dluzszego boku i prawego boku danej sciany opakowania oraz z czesci krótszego lewego boku tej sciany, którego górny koniec polaczony jest linia krzywa z pewnym górnym narozem tej sciany, natomiast górna figure z tlem zóltym stanowi prosta czesc prostokatnego pola danej sciany opakowania, przy czym obie te figury oddzielone sa od siebie wspólna wspomniana linia krzywa. Na zielonym polu wzdluz dluzszego jego boku znajduje sie napis „chassis and stering parts", a wzdluz prawego boku poprzecznie usytuowany napis „automotive Quality", które to napisy wykonane sa malymi, ukosnie usytuowanymi literami w kolorze bialym. Z kolei, w centralnej górnej czesci danej sciany na jej zóltym tle znajduja sie litery „PTS" wykonane duza pogrubiona czcionka w kolorze zblizonym do szarego, a na tle liter n 1 1 m 1 nieco nizsze litery „PTS" wykonane duza pogrubiona czcionka w kolorze niebieskim. Pod tymi literami znajduje sie element graficzny, który stanowi figura z tlem niebieskim utworzona ze skosnie usytuowanego lewego boku, zktórego konców wychodza linie lukowe stykajace sie drugimi ich koncami ze soba w jednym prawym punkcie usytuowanym na wysokosci litery „S" oraz figura z tlem jasnozielonym o analogicznym profilu jak przyslaniajaca ja czesciowo figura niebieska, przy czym skosny bok figury jasnozielonej jest przesuniety w lewo w stosunku do skosnego boku figury niebieskiej, z umieszczonym na niej napisem „Automotive Quality" wykonanym malymi drukowanymi literami w kolorze bialym. Ponadto na górnym zóltym tle i czesciowo na dolnym zielonym tle kazdej sciany opakowania znajduja sie identyczne rysunki obrazujace w perspektywie czesci samochodowe w kolorze brazowym i jego odcieni na zóltym tle oraz w kolorze ciemnozielonym i jego odcieni na zielonym tle. Boczne mniejsze sciany opakowania maja analogiczne tla zóltozielone jak dluzsze jego sciany. The new and unique character of the industrial design is reflected in the graphic, color, and wording arrangement of the outer walls of this packaging. The subject of the industrial design is shown in the attached illustration, in which Fig. 1 shows the packaging in a perspective view, and Fig. 2 shows an unfolded view of the same packaging. The packaging has the shape of a cuboid, with the length of its walls significantly greater than its height and width. All longer side walls of the packaging feature identical graphic, color, and wording arrangements placed on two adjacent figures with a green and yellow background. The lower figure with a green background is formed from the lower, longer side and the right side of a given packaging wall, and part of the shorter, left side of that wall, the upper end of which is connected by a curved line to a certain upper corner of that wall, while the upper figure with a yellow background constitutes a straight part of the rectangular field of a given packaging wall, with both figures separated by the aforementioned common curved line. On the green field, along its longer side, there is the inscription "chassis and steering parts," and along the right side, a transversely placed inscription "automotive Quality," both inscriptions in small, diagonally placed white letters. In turn, in the central upper part of the wall, on its yellow background, there are the letters "PTS" in large, bold font in a color close to gray, and on the background of the letters n 1 1 m 1, there are slightly lower letters "PTS" in large, bold font in blue. Below these letters, there is a graphic element, which is a figure with a blue background created from a diagonally situated left side, from the ends of which arc lines extend, their other ends touching each other at one right point located at the height of the letter "S", and a figure with a light green background with a profile similar to the blue figure that partially covers it, with the diagonal side of the light green figure being shifted to the left in relation to the diagonal side of the blue figure, with the inscription "Automotive Quality" written on it in small, capital letters in white. Furthermore, on the upper yellow background and partially on the lower green background of each wall of the packaging, there are identical perspective drawings of car parts in brown and its shades on a yellow background, and in dark green and its shades on a green background. The smaller side walls of the packaging have analogous yellow-green backgrounds to its longer walls. Essential features of the industrial design: The packaging, particularly for car parts shown in Figs. 1-2, made of cardboard, paperboard, or similar materials in a cuboid shape, is characterized by the following: - all longer side walls of the packaging feature identical graphic, color, and word arrangements located on two adjacent figures with green and yellow backgrounds; - the lower figure with a green background is made up of the lower longer side and the right side of a given wall of the packaging and part of the shorter left side of that wall, the upper end of which is connected by a curved line to a certain upper corner of that wall, while the upper figure with a yellow background constitutes a straight part of the rectangular field of a given wall of the packaging, both figures being separated from each other by the aforementioned common curved line, while on the green field along its longer side there is the inscription "chassis and steering parts", and along the right side there is a transversely placed inscription "automotive Quality", both inscriptions being written in small, diagonally placed white letters. - in the central upper part of the wall, on its yellow background, there are the letters "PTS" in large, bold font in a color close to gray, and on the background of the letters "P" and "T", slightly lower letters "PTS" in large, bold font in blue, and under these letters there is a graphic element in the form of a figure with a blue background, made of a diagonally situated left side, from the ends of which arc lines extend, their other ends touching each other at one right point located at the height of the letter "S", and a figure with a light green background with a profile similar to the blue figure that partially covers it, where the diagonal side of the light green figure is shifted to the left in relation to the diagonal side of the blue figure, with the inscription "Automotive Quality" written on it in small, capital letters in white. - on the upper yellow background and partially on the lower green background of each wall of the packaging there are identical drawings showing car parts in perspective in brown and its shades on a yellow background and in dark green and its shades on a green background.Fig.1Fig.2 PL PL
