Istota wzoru przemyslowego jest zmierzajaca do celów estetycznych nowa postac przedmiotu, prowadzaca do nowego wyeksponowania jego elementów, a przejawiajaca sie w ich oryginalnym zestawieniu oraz ksztalcie. Przedmiot wzoru przemyslowego zostal uwidoczniony na rysunku, na którym fig. 1 jest jego widokiem z góry, a fig. 2 jego widokiem z czola. Parapet wedlug wzoru przemyslowego ma forme plyty której krawedzie w widoku z góry tworza prostokat. W widoku z czola dwa naprzeciwlegle boki plyty sa jednakowo podgiete w te sama strone. Kat podgiecia boków plyty rózni sie nieco od kata prostego. Krawedzie powierzchni zewnetrznych parapetu tworza w tym widoku figure przypominajaca obrócona w dól litere „U". Powierzchnia dolna parapetu ma szereg równych i równo od siebie oddalonych zaglebien, biegnacych równolegle do podgietych boków plyty. W widoku z czola przestrzen dzielaca scianke górna parapetu od jego scianki dolnej, jest podzielona krawedziami scianek wayynetrznych. The essence of an industrial design is a new form of the object, aimed at aesthetic purposes, leading to a new emphasis on its elements, and manifested in their original arrangement and shape. The subject of the industrial design is shown in the drawing, in which Fig. 1 is its top view, and Fig. 2 is its front view. According to the industrial design, the window sill has the form of a board whose edges form a rectangle in the top view. In the front view, two opposite sides of the board are equally bent in the same direction. The angle of the bending of the sides of the board differs slightly from a right angle. In this view, the edges of the outer surfaces of the window sill form a figure resembling a downwardly rotated "U." The bottom surface of the window sill has a series of equal and equally spaced recesses, running parallel to the bent sides of the board. In the front view, the space separating the upper wall of the window sill from its lower wall is divided by the edges of the external walls. In the front view, the edges of the internal walls create a pattern in which, in the area of the surface separated by the edges of the external walls, a pattern consisting of triangles, asymmetrical trapezoids and rectangles is visible. Significant features of an industrial design A window sill in the form of a board whose edges in the top view form a rectangle, wherein in the front view, two opposite sides of the board are equally bent in the same direction, and the angle of the bending of the sides of the board differs slightly from a right angle has significant features of an industrial design, according to which the edges of the external surfaces of the window sill in this view form a figure resembling the letter "U" turned downwards. Furthermore, the lower surface of the window sill has a series of equal and equally spaced recesses running parallel to the bent sides of the board, while in the front view the space dividing the wall the upper part of the window sill from its lower wall is divided by the edges of the inner walls, moreover, in the front view, the edges of the inner walls create a pattern in which, in the surface area divided by the edges of the outer walls, a pattern consisting of triangles, asymmetrical trapezoids and rectangles is visible, as shown in Fig. 1 and Fig. 2.
