Opis wzoru przemyslowego Przedmiotem wzoru przemyslowego jest stopka meblowa wykonana z tworzywa sztucznego. Istota wzoru przemyslowego jest nowa postac wytworu przejawiajaca sie w jego ksztalcie, co nadaje mu nowy oryginalny wyglad, oraz podnosi jego walory estetyczne. Przedmiot wzoru przemyslowego uwidoczniony jest na materiale ilustracyjnym w postaci fotografii i rysunku, na którym fig. 1 przedstawia fotografie stopki meblowej w widoku perspektywicznym wraz z jej wysunieta lewa i prawa pokrywka, fig. 2 – rysunek korpusu stopki meblowej w widoku perspektywicznym, fig. 3 – pionowy przekrój podluzny korpusu stopki wraz z nalozona lewa pokrywka i fig. 4 – przekrój poprzeczny stopki wraz z nalozona lewa pokrywka. Stopka meblowa przedstawiona w wyzej podanym materiale ilustracyjnym jest podluzna bryla, której korpus w przekroju poprzecznym zblizony jest ksztaltem do splaszczonej elipsy, posiadajacej z jednej strony luk, a od strony przeciwnej pionowy bok. Od stron bocznych stopka zakryta jest pokrywkami o identycznym ksztalcie. The essence of the industrial design is the new form of the product manifested in its shape, which gives it a new, original appearance and enhances its aesthetic value. The subject of the industrial design is shown in illustrative material in the form of a photograph and a drawing, in which Fig. 1 shows a perspective view of the furniture foot with its left and right covers extended, Fig. 2 – a drawing of the furniture foot body in a perspective view, Fig. 3 – a vertical longitudinal cross-section of the foot body with the left cover in place, and Fig. 4 – a cross-section of the foot with the left cover in place. The furniture foot shown in the illustration above is an elongated solid whose cross-sectional shape resembles a flattened ellipse, with an arc on one side and a vertical side on the opposite side. The sides of the foot are covered with identically shaped covers. The foot's body features the following characteristic longitudinal elements: a flat top wall with screw holes, a flat bottom wall parallel to the top wall and equipped with screw holes, an arc wall, a vertical outer wall, and two vertical inner walls running along the body and equipped on the outer sides with two longitudinal ribs for mounting lighting strips. The covers have external dimensions corresponding to the sides of the body, and on the inside, they are equipped with protrusions perpendicular to the cover wall, which, when inserted into the body, connect the cover to the body.
