Opis wzoru przemyslowego Przedmiotem wzoru przemyslowego jest stopka meblowa wykonana z tworzywa sztucznego. Istota wzoru przemyslowego jest nowa postac wytworu przejawiajaca sie w jego ksztalcie, co nadaje mu nowy oryginalny wyglad, oraz podnosi jego walory estetyczne. Przedmiot wzoru przemyslowego uwidoczniony jest w materiale ilustracyjnym w postaci fotografii i rysunków, w którym fig. 1 - przedstawia fotografie stopki meblowej w widoku perspekty- wicznym z dolu, fig. 2 - fotografie stopki w widoku perspektywicznym z góry, fig. 3 - rysunek stopki w widoku z góry i fig. 4 - rysunek stopki w poprzecznym przekroju wzdluz linii A-A. Stopka meblowa przedstawiona w wyzej podanym materiale ilustracyjnym ma ksztalt bryly o przekroju poprzecznym zblizonym do polowy powierzchni elipsy. W stopce wyodrebnia sie nastepujace charakterystyczne elementy: scianke górna z wystajacym w czesci srodkowej wystepem wyposazonym w otwory do osadzenia wkretów, scianke dolna równolegla do scianki górnej, scianke lukowa, dwie scianki boczne i zebra. Scianki górna i dolna polaczone sa ze soba na calej dlugosci scianka lukowa, a konce wszystkich trzech scianek zamkniete sa z obu stron dwiema prostopadlymi do nich sciankami bocznymi. Poza tym, stopka wyposazona jest wewnatrz w usztywniajace, rozmieszczone równomiernie pionowe zebra, laczace scianke górna ze scianka dolna i scianka lukowa. Zebra usytuowane sa prostopadle do osi podluznej stopki. The essence of the industrial design is the new form of the product manifested in its shape, which gives it a new, original appearance and enhances its aesthetic value. The subject of the industrial design is shown in illustrative material in the form of photographs and drawings, in which Fig. 1 presents a photograph of the furniture foot in a perspective view from below, Fig. 2 - a photograph of the foot in a perspective view from above, Fig. 3 - a drawing of the foot in a top view, and Fig. 4 - a drawing of the foot in a cross-section along the line A-A. The furniture foot shown in the above illustrative material has the shape of a solid with a cross-section approximately half the surface of an ellipse. The footer has the following characteristic elements: a top wall with a central projection equipped with screw holes, a bottom wall parallel to the top wall, an arc wall, two side walls, and a rib. The top and bottom walls are connected along their entire length by the arc wall, and the ends of all three walls are closed on both sides by two perpendicular side walls. Furthermore, the footer is equipped with evenly spaced vertical ribs inside, stiffening the top wall with the bottom wall and arc wall. The ribs are positioned perpendicular to the longitudinal axis of the footer. The foot features the following characteristic elements: a top wall with a protruding protrusion in the center, equipped with screw holes; a bottom wall parallel to the top wall; an arc wall; two side walls; and a rib. The top and bottom walls are connected along their entire length by an arc wall; and the ends of all three walls are closed on both sides by two perpendicular side walls. Furthermore, the foot is equipped with evenly spaced vertical ribs inside, stiffening the top wall to the bottom wall and the arc wall.
