Istota wzoru przemyslowego jest wykorzystanie kompozycji slowno- graficznej spotegowanej kolorystyka szyldu, zapewniajacej skuteczne oddzialywanie na obserwatorów, czyniac z nich potencjalnych klientów w prowadzonej dzialalnosci handlowej. Pierwsza odmiana szyldu ozdobnego branzy komputerowej ma cechy istotne wzoru przemyslowego charakteryzujace sie tym, ze przedstawia na powierzchni ekspozycyjnej wyraz „lenovo", za którym w jednym ciagu wyrazowym, znajduje sie zestaw cyfrowo-literowy „4me", oddzielony prostokatna kropka od zestawu liter „pi". W ukladzie tym zapis dokonany jest malymi zdobniczymi literami, gruba linia typu „bold", przy czym charakterystycznym jest zaznaczenie zestawu cyfrowo-literowego „4me" w postaci obrysu cyfty „4" i liter „me". Przed zestawem slownym „lenovo4me.pl", znajduje sie element graficzny szyldu przedstawiajacy stylizacje osoby siedzacej na wprost na przyklad komputera i majacej zaznaczona glowe w postaci obrysu pierscienia Graficzny element szyldu oraz powierzchnia liter wyrazu „lenovo" oraz „pi" i prostokatnej kropki, a takze obrysu cyfry „4" i liter „me" ma barwe czarna, jak uwidoczniono na zalaczonym materiale ilustracyjnym fig. 1.Druga odmiana szyldu ozdobnego branzy komputerowej ma cechy istotne wzoru przemyslowego, charakteryzujace sie tym, ze ma zestaw slowno cyfrowo literowy „lenovo4me.pl" identyczny, jak w pierwszej odmianie. Wyróznikiem w drugiej odmianie jest umieszczenie identycznego jak w pierwszej odmianie elementu graficznego w czesci srodkowej nad zestawem „lenovo4me.pl", zachowujac równiez jak w pierwszej odmianie barwe czarna, co uwidoczniono na zalaczonym materiale ilustracyjnym fig. 2. Trzecia odmiana szyldu ozdobnego branzy komputerowej ma cechy istotne wzoru przemyslowego charakteryzujace sie tym, ze ma zestaw slowno cyfrowo literowy „lenovo4me.pl" wraz z elementem graficznym identyczny jak w pierwszej odmianie. Wyróznikiem jest zabarwienie calej powierzchni cyfry „4" i liter „me", tak jak pozostalych liter zestawu. Wyróznikiem takze jest jasnoniebieski kolor zestawu i elementu graficznego z powierzchnia pierscienia wlacznie, przy czym zestaw „4me" i powierzchnia pierscienia ma jasniejszy odcien koloru niebieskiego, jak uwidoczniono na zalaczonym materiale ilustracyjnym f!g. 3. Czwarta odmiana szyldu ozdobnego branzy komputerowej ma cechy istotne wzoru przemyslowego charakteryzujace sie tym, ze ma zestaw slowno cyfrowo literowy „lenovo4me.pl" wraz z elementem graficznym identyczny, jak w drugiej odmianie. The subject of the industrial design is a decorative sign for a computer store, meeting the supply needs of highly specialized customers, both local and national. The essence of the industrial design is the use of a word and graphic composition, intensified by the color scheme of the sign, ensuring an effective impact on observers, turning them into potential customers for the business. The subject of the industrial design is shown in the attached illustrative material, where Fig. 1 shows the first variant of the decorative sign for a computer store, Fig. 2 - a view of the second variant of the decorative sign, Fig. 3 - a view of the third variant of the decorative sign, Fig. 4 - a view of the fourth variant of the decorative sign. The first type of decorative sign for the computer industry has the essential features of an industrial design, characterized by the fact that it presents the word "lenovo" on the display surface, followed by the letter-digit set "4me" in one word sequence, separated by a rectangular dot from the letter set "pi". In this arrangement, the writing is done in small, decorative letters, a thick, bold line, and the characteristic feature is the marking of the letter-digit set "4me" in the form of an outline of the number "4" and the letters "me". In front of the word set "lenovo4me.pl", there is a graphic element of the sign depicting the styling of a person sitting in front of, for example, a computer and having their head marked in the form of a ring outline. The graphic element of the sign and the surface of the letters of the word "lenovo" and "pi" and the rectangular dot, as well as the outline of the number "4" and the letters "me" are black, as shown in the attached illustration material Fig. 1. The second variety of the decorative sign for the computer industry has the essential features of an industrial design, characterized by the fact that it has the word-digit-letter set "lenovo4me.pl" identical to the first variety. The distinguishing feature of the second variant is the placement of a graphic element identical to the first variant in the central part above the "lenovo4me.pl" set, while also retaining the black color as in the first variant, as shown in the attached illustrations in Fig. 2. The third variant of the decorative sign for the computer industry has the essential features of an industrial design, characterized by the fact that it has the word-digit-letter set "lenovo4me.pl" together with a graphic element identical to the first variant. The distinguishing feature is the coloring of the entire surface of the number "4" and the letters "me", just like the other letters of the set. Another distinguishing feature is the light blue color of the set and the graphic element, including the ring surface, while the "4me" set and the ring surface have a lighter shade of blue, as shown in the attached illustrations in f!g. 3. The fourth variant of the decorative sign for the computer industry has the essential features of an industrial design, characterized by the fact that it has the word-digit-letter set "lenovo4me.pl" together with a graphic element identical to the second variant. The distinguishing feature is the color of the graphic element of the entire surface of the number 4 and the letters "me", just like the other letters of the set.
