Butelka Istote wzoru przemyslowego stanowi nowa postac butelki przeja- wiajaca sie w ksztalcie i usytuowaniu elementów ozdobnych. Przedmiot wzoru przemyslowego jest pokazany na zalaczonym ry- sunku na którym fig. 1 pokazuje butelke w widoku z przodu, fig. 2 w wi- doku z boku. Butelka wedlug wzoru przemyslowego ma pobocznice w ksztalcie tuby, w której umieszczona jest druga, przechodzacej w gwintowana szyj- ke. Pobocznica w ksztalcie tuby ma wyrazne zgrubienie podstawy a dalej, na calej swej wysokosci, ma jednakowa srednice. Na, mniej wie- cej, polowie swej wysokosci ma odciecie tworzace wystep biegnacy po li- nii zblizonej do ukosnie ulozonej elipsy, przy czym elipsa ta na najwiekszej srednicy wyraznie zmienia swój ksztalt przechodzac w dwa symetryczne nie zbiegajace sie luki pomiedzy koncami, których widoczny jest rysunek korony utrzymany w stylistyce koron wschodnio-bizantynskich. The industrial design is shown in the attached drawing, where Fig. 1 shows the bottle from the front, and Fig. 2 from the side. The bottle, according to the industrial design, has a tube-shaped side section, within which is placed a second section, which transitions into a threaded neck. The tube-shaped side section has a distinctly thickened base and, further on, has a uniform diameter along its entire height. At approximately half of its height it has a cut-off forming a projection running along a line similar to a diagonally placed ellipse, where the ellipse clearly changes its shape at its largest diameter, transforming into two symmetrical, non-converging arcs between the ends of which a crown design is visible, maintained in the style of Eastern Byzantine crowns. Above the cut-off, another tube-shaped element is visible, with a diameter slightly smaller than the previous one, transforming into a slender neck, which is a truncated cone. Essential features of the industrial design: The bottle according to the industrial design has tube-shaped sides, in which the second one is placed, transforming into a threaded neck, the first one has a distinct thickening of the base and then, along its entire height, it has the same diameter and, at approximately half of its height, it has a cut-off creating a protrusion running along a line close to a diagonally placed ellipse, while this ellipse at the largest diameter clearly changes its shape, transforming into two symmetrical, non-converging arcs between the ends, of which a crown drawing in the style of Eastern Byzantine crowns is visible, and above the cut-off, another tube-shaped element is visible. an element with a diameter slightly smaller than the previous one, passing into a slender neck, which is a truncated cone as shown in the attached drawing in fig. 1 fig. 2.
