Lopatka o ksztalcie srubowym rozszerza sie przy swej dolnej krawedzi w komore, polaczona kanalem z walem drazonym i tworzaca w kierunku stycznym otwór wylotowy.Przez umieszczone stycznie otwory wylotowe do plynu zostaje zasysana przez wal drazony, ko¬ more i otwory wylotowe nieoczekiwanie duza ilosc powietrza w trakcie akcji ssacej obracajacych sie lopatek.W urzadzeniu wedlug wynalazku komora jest utworzona przez dwie rozchodzace sie ku dolowi sciany o ksztalcie srubowym i ma przekrój w ksztalcie litery V o wierzcholku skierowanym na zewnatrz. Poniewaz predkosc obwodowa lopatki o ksztalcie srubowym jest najwieksza w strefie u 15 20 38 najmniejszego przekroju wylotowego, zatem naj¬ wieksza ilosc powietrza jest wyprowadzana z duza szybkoscia \przy zewnetrznych krawedziach sruby, przez co powietrze moze docierac takze do plynu znajdujacego sie przy sciankach zbiornika. Bardzo duzy stopien zasysania powietrza uzyskuje sie wówczas, jesli górna i dolna krawedz krzyzuja sie wzajemnie przy otworze wylotowym, przebiegajac promieniowo, przy czym dolna krawedz w strefie zewnetrznej, widziana w kierunku osiowym walu, znajduje sie ponad - krawedzia górna.Urzadzenie wedlug wynalazku zostalo objasnione przykladowo na rysunku, na którym fig. 1 przed¬ stawia widok zakonczenia sruby napedowej od strony swobodnego Jconca walu drazonego, fig. 2 — rzut pionowy sruby napedowej z fig. 1, a fig. 3 — przekrój wzdluz-Iiriii HI—III na iig. 1 i 2.Do drazonego walu 1 przyspawane sa trzy lo¬ patki 2, 3 i 4 o ksztalcie srubowym. W strefie dolnej wszystkie trzy lopatki 2, 3, 4 sa podzielone na dwie rozchodzace sie ku dolowi sciany 5, 6, two¬ rzace komore 4'. Komora 4* jest polaczona z wew¬ netrzna czescia drazonego walu 1 poprzez kanal laczacy 7. Przekrój poprzeczny komory 4* ma ksztalt litery V, której wierzcholek 8 jest skiero¬ wany na zewnatrz. Otwór wylotowy 10 kazdej z komór 4' jest ograniczony krawedzia górna 9 i krawedzia dolna 11, które widziane w kierunku osiowym walu 1, wzajemnie sie krzyzuja, przy 113 823113 823 czym krawedz dolna 11 w strefie zewnetrznej prze¬ chodzi ponad krawedzia górna.Poniewaz predkosc obwodowa lopatki jest naj¬ wieksza w strefie wierzcholka 8, gdzie jest naj¬ mniejszy przekrój poprzeczny wylotu, zatem po¬ wietrze, zasysane z walu drazonego 1, jest wypro¬ wadzane w strefie wierzcholka 8 ze szczególnie duza szybkoscia. 1. Zastrzezenia patentowe 1. Urzadzenie do wirowania i nagazowywania plynów, zwlaszcza nawozu i scieków zawierajacych bakterie, posiadajace napedzany wal drazony ze sruba napedowa i otworami wylotowymi gazu, przy czym sruba napedowa zbudowana jest z przynaj¬ mniej jednej lopatki o ksztalcie srubowym, zna- is miernie tym, ze lopatka (2, 3, 4) o ksztalcie srubo¬ wym rozszerza sie przy krawedzi dolnej tworzac komore (4'), polaczona z walem drazonym (1) przez kanal (7) i tworzaca w kierunku stycznym otwór wylotowy (10). 2. Urzadzenie wedhig zastrz. 1, znamienne tym, ze komora (4*) jest utworzona przez dwie rozcho¬ dzace sie ku dolowi sciany (5, 6) i ma w przekroju ksztalt litery V o zewnetrznie skierowanym wierz¬ cholku (8). 3. Urzadzenie wedlug zastrz. 1 albo 2, znamienne tym, ze krawedz górna (9) i krawedz dolna (11) krzyzuja sie wzajemnie przy otworze wylotowym (10), przebiegajac promieniowo, przy czym krawedz dolna (11) w strefie zewnetrznej znajduje sie po¬ nad krawedzia górna (9).
