Description
Stosuje sie w tym wypadku farbe wywabowa np. o nastepujacym skla¬ dzie: 113 g zageszczenia krochmalowego, 12 g rongalitu C, 32 g rongalitu CL, 8 g antrachinonu 30#, 16 g tlenku cynkowego, 25 g blekitu indantrenowego RS 40& 20 g wody, 70 g roztworu gumy 1:1.Po nadrukowaniu zaparza sie tkanine w bezpowietrznym Mather-Placie 4 do 5 minut, potem przepuszcza sie przez goracy lug so¬ dowy 20° Be w przeciagu 15 do 20 minut, po¬ czern pierze sie, zakwasza, pierze ponownie i suszy. PL PLIn the method of obtaining multi-coloured discharges with vat dyes on indigo and other dyed backgrounds obtained with the help of deoxidising agents, a discharge dye is usually used which, in addition to sulfoxylates, in connection with ammonium bases containing alkaryl residues (Rongalit C. L.) and in addition to common additives such as anthraquinone and zinc oxide, contains vat dye and ferrous and liquid compounds. By boiling the product printed with this ink, dyed with a dye that can be removed, and then passing it through hot sodium hydroxide solution at 20° Be, the vat dyes were fixed in the places where they were removed. It has now been found that, in particular, dyes of the indanthrene series, derived from anthraquinone, can be fixed on the fibre by leaving the ferrous and tin compounds contained in the above-mentioned printing ink. In this case, a discharge ink is used, for example, with the following composition: 113 g of starch thickener, 12 g of Rongalit C, 32 g of Rongalit CL, 8 g of anthraquinone 30#, 16 g of zinc oxide, 25 g of indanthrene blue RS 40 & 20 g of water, 70 g of gum solution 1:1. After printing, the fabric is steamed in an airless Mather-Plate for 4 to 5 minutes, then passed through hot sodium hydroxide solution at 20° B for 15 to 20 minutes, the black is washed, acidified, washed again and dried.
