Przedmiotem wzoru przemyslowego jest stól, przeznaczony zwlaszcza do ogródków piwnych, kawiarni, ogrodów i tym podobnych. Znane sa z publikacji wspólnotowych wzorów przemyslowych RCD.000217575, RCD.000252416 i RCD.000280607 stoly o czworokat- nych blatach, wsparte na nogach o przekroju czworokatnym, usytuowane na podstawie w ksztalcie krzyzaków. W pierwszym z wzorów krzyzak jest wykonany z prostych rurek ugietych na okolo 1/3 ich dlugosci w dól tak, ze stwarza wrazenie nóg pajaka. W drugim wzorze krzyzaki sa wykonane z prostych listew, a w trzecim listwy krzyzaka sa lekko ukosne. Z kolei z publikacji wzoru wspólnotowego RCD.000303151 jest znany krzyzak wykonany w postaci lukowo wygietych, zwezajacych sie ku dolowi listew, zakonczonych kólkami, a z publikacji wzoru RCD.000372776 zna- na jest noga do mebli, wsparta na plaskim krzyzaku, którego wszystkie koncówki sa zaopatrzone w kólka. Istote wzoru przemyslowego stanowi nowa postac stolu, przejawiajaca sie w jego ksztalcie, konturach i ukladzie linii. Przedmiot wzoru przemyslowego jest uwidoczniony na fotografiach i ry- sunku, których figury przedstawiaja: Fig. 1 - stól w widoku perspektywicznym;Fig. 2 - stól w widoku z przodu; Fig. 3 - stól w widoku z boku; Fig. 4 - stól w widoku z góiy; Fig. 5 - rysunek stolu w widoku z góry. Stól wedlug wzoru przemyslowego posiada kwadratowy blat rozmiesz- czony na nodze o przekroju kwadratowym, usytuowanej na podstawie, która stanowi krzyzak. Blat stolu jest wykonany z klepek drewna ulozonych w kwadratowa rame, wypelniona klepkami ulozonymi w jednym kierunku. Blat wsparty jest na metalowej kwadratowej ramie, polaczonej z noga listwami ulozonymi w postaci krzyza. Kr2yzak stanowiacy podstawe stolu jest wykonany z metalowych listew o równej szerokosci, lekko lukowo wygietych ku górze i na koncach zalama- nych w dól. Zalamane koncówki stanowia stopy krzyzaka. Cechy istotne wzoru przemyslowego: - Stól posiada czworokatny blat z klepek drewnianych, osadzony na me- talowej ramie i wraz z nia na nodze o przekroju czworokatnym, usytu- owanej na podstawie w formie krzyzaka; - Krzyzak posiada listwy lagodnie lukowo wygiete ku górze i zalamane na koncach w dól.Fig. 1Fig. 2 Fig. 3 Fig. 4 Fig. 5 PLThe subject of the industrial design is a table, intended particularly for beer gardens, cafés, gardens, and the like. Community industrial design publications RCD.000217575, RCD.000252416, and RCD.000280607 show tables with quadrangular tops, supported by quadrangular legs, and set on a cross-shaped base. In the first design, the cross is made of straight tubes bent downwards by approximately 1/3 of their length, creating the impression of spider legs. In the second design, the cross is made of straight slats, and in the third, the slats of the cross are slightly diagonal. Community design publication RCD.000303151 describes a cross-shaped table made in the form of arched, tapering slats terminating in wheels, while design publication RCD.000372776 describes a furniture leg supported by a flat cross-shaped table, all ends of which are fitted with wheels. The essence of the industrial design is a new form of the table, manifested in its shape, contours, and arrangement of lines. The subject of the industrial design is shown in photographs and a drawing, the figures of which represent: Fig. 1 - perspective view of the table; Fig. 2 - front view of the table; Fig. 3 - side view of the table; Fig. 4 - top view of the table; Fig. 5 - drawing of the table from above. The industrial design table features a square top arranged on a square leg, set on a cross-shaped base. The tabletop is made of wooden staves arranged in a square frame, filled with staves arranged in one direction. The top is supported by a square metal frame, connected to the leg by slats arranged in a cross-shaped pattern. The cross-shaped base of the table is made of metal slats of equal width, slightly curved upwards and bent downwards at the ends. The bent ends constitute the feet of the cross-shaped base. Essential features of the industrial design: - The table has a quadrangular top made of wooden staves, mounted on a metal frame and, together with it, on a quadrangular leg, set on a cross-shaped base; - The cross has slats gently arched upwards and bent downwards at the ends.
