Stelaz meblowy Prawo z rejestracji wzoru zdobniczego trwa od dnia 20.04 1999r. Przedmiotem wzoru zdobniczego jest stelaz meblowy, przeznaczony do podtrzymywania blatów stolów, biurek i stolików biurowych lub konferen- cyjnych. Istote wzoru stanowi nowa postac przedmiotu, przejawiajaca sie w jego ksztalcie okreslonym proporcjami jej poszczególnych czesci, ukladzie linii i wlasnosciach estetycznych. Przedmiot wzoru jest uwidoczniony na zalaczonym rysunku, na którym fig. 1 jest widokiem z boku pierwszej odmiany stelaza, fig. 2 widokiem z boku drugiej odmiany stelaza, natomiast fig. 3 jest widokiem stelaza z czola.Stelaz sklada sie z nóg polaczonych ze soba poprzeczkami bocznymi i poprze- czkami wzdluznymi. Nogi maja ksztalty cylindrycznych kolumn, przy czym z ich konców dolnych wychodza kolowe stopy. Kazda pare nóg w czesci górnej laczy jedna poprzeczka boczna, natomiast poprzeczki boczne sa polaczone za pomo- ca poprzeczek wzdluznych. Z poprzeczek bocznych wychodza dwa pionowe wsporniki, polaczone ze soba u góry pólkami W widoku z czola osie nóg pokrywaja sie z osiami pionowych wsporników i przyslaniaja poprzeczki boczne tworzac z poprzeczkami wzdluznymi uklad przypominajacy forma odwrócona litere „C". Czesci górne nóg maja cylindryczne zgrubienia, ponadto w kazdej parze nóg jedna noga jest pionowa, druga zas jest nachylona w strone wierzcholka pierwszej. Z cylindrycznych zgrubien wychodza poprzeczki boczne, przy czym w widoku z boku krawedzie dolne poprzeczek bocznych biegna po krzywej stanowiacej polaczenie dwóch luków, natomiast krawedzie górne poprzeczek bocznych tworza plaszczyzne pozioma jak pokazano na zalaczonym rysunku fig. 1 i fig. 3. PL PLFurniture Frame The right to register an ornamental design has been in effect since April 20, 1999. The subject of the ornamental design is a furniture frame designed to support tabletops, desks, and office or conference tables. The essence of the design is a new form of the object, manifested in its shape determined by the proportions of its individual parts, the arrangement of lines, and aesthetic properties. The subject of the design is shown in the attached drawing, in which Fig. 1 is a side view of the first version of the frame, Fig. 2 is a side view of the second version of the frame, and Fig. 3 is a view of the frame from the front. The frame consists of legs connected by side crossbars and longitudinal crossbars. The legs are shaped like cylindrical columns, with circular feet extending from their lower ends. Each pair of legs is connected in the upper part by one lateral crossbar, while the side crossbars are connected by longitudinal crossbars. Two vertical supports extend from the side crossbars, connected at the top by shelves. In the front view, the axes of the legs align with the axes of the vertical supports and obscure the side crossbars, forming with the longitudinal crossbars an arrangement resembling an inverted "C." The upper parts of the legs have cylindrical bulges. Furthermore, in each pair of legs, one leg is vertical, while the other is inclined towards the top of the first. The side crosspieces extend from the cylindrical bulges, and in the side view the lower edges of the side crosspieces run along a curve connecting two arcs, while the upper edges of the side crosspieces form a horizontal plane, as shown in the attached drawings, Fig. 1 and Fig. 3. According to the second variant of the design, in the front view the axes of the legs coincide with the axes of the vertical supports and cover the side crosspieces, forming with the longitudinal crosspieces an arrangement resembling an inverted letter "C". The upper parts of the legs have cylindrical bulges, and in addition, in each pair of legs they are inclined towards each other. The side crosspieces extend from the cylindrical bulges, and in the side view the lower edges of the side crosspieces run along an arc, while the upper edges of the side crosspieces form a horizontal plane, as shown in the attached drawings, Fig. 2 and Fig. 3.
