Istote wzoru przemyslowego stanowi nowa postac stolu, przejawiaja- ca sie w jego ksztalcie, konturach i ukladzie linii oraz materiale wykona- nia. Stól wedlug wzoru przemyslowego posiada kwadratowy blat, roz- mieszczony na nodze wykonanej z dwóch metalowych listew o przekrojuczworokatnym, zamocowanej na metalowej czworokatnej podstawie w ksztalcie niskiego ostroslupa scietego. Wierzch kwadratowego blatu stolu jest wykonczony drewnianymi li- stwami, pomiedzy którymi posrodku jest usytuowana metalowa listwa. Drewniane listwy oraz metalowa listwa sa ulozone w jednym kierunku i sa wsparte na kwadratowej ramie z listew metalowych, wzmocnionej od spodu metalowymi listwami ulozonymi wzdluz przekatnych kwadratowej ramy. Cechy istotne wzoru przemyslowego: - Stól posiada czworokatny blat wykonczony z wierzchu listwami drew- nianymi, osadzony na metalowej ramie i wraz z nia na nodze wykona- nej z dwóch równoleglych metalowych listew o przekroju czworokat- nym, usytuowanej na metalowej czworokatnej podstawie; - Czworokatna podstawa stolu ma ksztalt niskiego ostroslupa scietego; - Wierzch czworokatnego blatu stolu ma w srodkowej swej czesci roz- mieszczona listwe metalowa.Fig. 1Fig. 2 Fig. 3 Fig. 4 PLTable The subject of the industrial design is a table intended for beer gardens, cafés, gardens and the like. Community industrial design publications RCD.000265061-0010, RCD.000279666-0010, RCD.000322367-0001 and RCD.000354576-002 provide tables with quadrangular tops, supported by legs with a quadrangular cross-section, situated on a quadrangular base. The essence of the industrial design is a new form of the table, manifested in its shape, contours, line arrangement, and material. The table according to the industrial design is presented in the illustrations, which show: Fig. 1 - photographs of the table in perspective view; Fig. 2 - computer visualization of the table in top view; Fig. 3 - Computer visualization of the table viewed from below; Fig. 4 - Drawing of the table's cross-section. The industrial-style table has a square top arranged on a leg made of two metal slats with a square cross-section, mounted on a metal quadrangular base in the shape of a low truncated pyramid. The top of the square tabletop is finished with wooden slats, with a metal slat positioned in the center between them. The wooden slats and the metal slat are aligned in one direction and supported by a square frame of metal slats, reinforced at the bottom with metal slats arranged along the diagonals of the square frame. Essential features of the industrial design: - The table has a quadrangular top finished with wooden strips, mounted on a metal frame and, together with it, on a leg made of two parallel metal strips with a quadrangular cross-section, placed on a metal quadrangular base; - The quadrangular base of the table has the shape of a low truncated pyramid; - The top of the quadrangular table top has a metal strip placed in its central part.
