Przedmiotem wzoru przemyslowego jest redlica. Istota wzoru przemyslowego przejawia sie w ksztalcie redlicy okreslonym wygladem czesci przedniej i czesci doprowadzajacej nawóz. Przedmiot wzoru przemyslowego przedstawiony jest na rysunku, na którym fig. 1 do 4 pokazuja odmiany postaciowe redlicy w widokach z boku i góry. W widoku z góry ma ksztalt trójkata o scietych wierzcholkach przy szerokiej podstawie stykajacej sie z bokiem kwadratu. W drugiej odmianie redlica w widoku z boku ma zarys utworzony z boku przedniego stanowiacego palec o pionowym prostym odcinku górnym i dwóch nachylonych odcinkach - srodkowym i dolnym, pionowego prostego boku tylnego i boku dolnego utworzonego w czesci przedniej z poziomych odcinków polozonych na róznych wysokosciach i w czesci tylnej z nachylonego odcinka opadajacego w kierunku czesci przedniej. PL PLThe subject of the industrial design is a coulter. The essence of the industrial design is reflected in the shape of the coulter, defined by the appearance of the front part and the fertilizer delivery part. The subject of the industrial design is presented in the drawing, where Figures 1 to 4 show the coulter's variants in side and top views. The coulter, according to the industrial design, is composed of a front part with a blade and a fertilizer delivery part located at the rear, to which a flat flange adjoins at the top. Depending on the shape of the front part and the delivery part, the coulter can be made in several variants. In the first variant, the coulter's side view has an outline formed by a front side with two sections: a vertical straight upper section and a lower section inclined towards the front of the coulter, which merges into a gently sloping bead line; a vertical straight rear side; and a lower side with a straight horizontal section at the front and a section inclined towards the bead at the rear, which slopes towards the bead. In the top view, it has the shape of a triangle with truncated vertices at a wide base that meets a square side. In the second variant, the coulter's side view has an outline formed by a front side, which forms a finger, with a vertical straight upper section and two inclined sections – middle and lower; a vertical straight rear side; and a lower side formed in the front section from horizontal sections at different heights; and in the rear section from an inclined section that slopes towards the front. In the top view it has the shape of a rectangle, to which a triangle adjoins from the front, and from the rear the rectangle adjoins a square. Essential features of the industrial design: - One variant of the coulter has a front side made of a straight vertical section and an inclined section passing into a gently sloping foot line towards the front, and in a top view, it has an outline made of a triangle with truncated vertices at the base adjacent to a square - Another variant of the coulter has a front side in the form of a finger made of a straight vertical section and two sections with different inclinations directed towards the front of the coulter, and in a top view, it has an outline made of a rectangle with a triangle congruent from the front and a square to which the other side of the rectangle is congruent.
