Przedmiotem wzoru przemyslowego jest pojemnik ekspozy- cyjny wyrobów tekstylnych o niewielkich rozmiarach np. skarpet. Wzór przemyslowy stanowi nowa i posiadajaca indywidualny charakter postac pojemnika ekspozycyjnego przejawiajaca sie w ksztalcie, cechach linii i wlasciwosciach materialu. Przedmiot wzoru przemyslowego jest uwidoczniony na zala- czonym rysunku, na którym fig. 1 przedstawia przekrój pojemnika ekspozycyjnego wzdluz osi, fig. 2 przedstawia pojemnik ekspozy- cyjny w widoku od czola, fig. 3 przedstawia widok podstawy po- jemnika ekspozycyjnego.Cecha istotna pojemnika ekspozycyjnego jest jego postac. Pojemnik ekspozycyjny ma ksztalt walca ograniczonego pod- stawa polaczona trwale, na linii styku, z pobocznica. Górna czesc pojemnika jest otwarta. W powierzchni pobocznicy znajduje sie otwór, usytuowany wzdluznie i ograniczony podstawa. Krawedzie otworu sa równolegle do osi walca i leza w plaszczyznie przecho- dzacej przez jego os, zas ich konce sa zaokraglone i lacza sie two- rzac ksztalt odwróconej litery „U" (fig. 1, fig.2). W srodkowej cze- sci podstawy znajduje sie szczelina, której krawedzie po jednej stronie maja ksztalt pólokregu, zas jej konce sa zaokraglone i przechodza w owal linii podstawy (fig.3). Otwór w pobocznicy i szczelina w podstawie sa tak usytuowane, ze maja wspólna plaszczyzne symetrii. Pojemnik ekspozycyjny wykonano z przejrzystego tworzywa, a jego powierzchnia wewnetrzna i zewnetrzna jest bardzo gladka.Fig. 1. Fig. 2. Fig. 3. PL PLThe subject of the industrial design is a display container for small-sized textile products, e.g., socks. The industrial design is a new and unique form of the display container, manifesting itself in its shape, line features, and material properties. The subject of the industrial design is shown in the attached drawing, in which Fig. 1 shows a cross-section of the display container along its axis, Fig. 2 shows the display container from the front, and Fig. 3 shows the base of the display container. A significant feature of the display container is its shape. The display container has the shape of a cylinder bounded by a base that is permanently connected to the side surface at the contact line. The upper part of the container is open. The side surface has an opening, located longitudinally and bounded by the base. The edges of the opening are parallel to the cylinder axis and lie in a plane passing through its axis, while their ends are rounded and connect to form an inverted "U" shape (fig. 1, fig. 2). In the central part of the base there is a slot, the edges of which on one side are semicircular, while its ends are rounded and pass into the oval line of the base (fig. 3). The opening in the side wall and the slot in the base are located so that they have a common plane of symmetry.
