Przedmiotem wzoru przemyslowego jest swieca ozdobna plytkowa. Istote wzoru przemyslowego stanowi nowa postac swiecy przejawiajaca sie w jej ksztalcie , miejscu rozmieszczenia knotów i ukladzie linii knotów. Przedmiot wzoru przemyslowego uwidoczniony jest na zalaczonych materiale ilustracyjnym , na którym fig.1 przedstawia swiece ozdobna o ksztalcie pólkola, w widoku z tylu, fig.2 przedstawia fotografie swiecy z fig. 1 w widoku z frontu, z zapalonymi knotami Swieca ozdobna przedstawiona na fig.l i fig.2 charakteryzuje sie tym, ze ma postac plytki w ksztalcie zblizonym do pólkola umieszczonego wypukloscia na podstawce. Na tylnej powierzchni znajduje sie siedem knotów, z których srodkowy jest prosty i lezy w osi plytki, zas z jego lewej i prawej strony sa rozmieszczone symetrycznie po trzy knoty, wygiete po odsrodkowych lukach , zblizajacych sie ku sobie w czesci dolnej plytki. Po zapaleniu swiecy, po pewnym czasie uzyskuje sie efekt rzezby siedmioramiennego swiecznika jak pokazano na fig.2. Cechy istotne swiecy wedlug wzory przemyslowego to jej nowa postac w formie plytki zblizonej ksztaltem do pólkola, przy czym na jej tylnej powierzchni jest siedem knotów rozmieszczonych równomiernie, z których srodkowy jest usytuowany w osi symetrii, zas z kazdej jego strony znajduja sie po trzy knoty wygiete odsrodkowo po lukach Jak uwidoczniono na zalaczonym materiale ilustracyjnym figi i fig.2.Fig.1Fig.1 Fig.2 PL PLThe industrial design is for a decorative plate candle. The essence of the industrial design is a new form of the candle, manifested in its shape, the location of the wicks, and the arrangement of the wick lines. The industrial design is shown in the attached illustrations, in which Fig. 1 shows the semicircular decorative candle from the back, and Fig. 2 presents a photograph of the candle from Fig. 1 from the front, with lit wicks. The decorative candle shown in Figs. 1 and 2 is characterized by its form of a plate in a shape similar to a semicircle, placed with a convex surface on a base. On the back surface are seven wicks, the central one being straight and lying on the axis of the plate, while on its left and right sides are three wicks each, symmetrically arranged, bent in centrifugal arcs, approaching each other in the lower part of the plate. After lighting the candle, after some time, the sculptured effect of a seven-branched candlestick is achieved, as shown in Fig. 2. The essential features of the candle, based on the industrial design, are its new form in the form of a plate, roughly semicircular in shape, with seven evenly spaced wicks on its back surface, the central one being located on the axis of symmetry, and on each side of it are three wicks bent in centrifugal arcs, as shown in the attached illustrations in Fig. 1 and Fig. 2.
