Said process comprises selecting, washing, boiling, straining, peeling, mashing the sweet potatoes, measuring the ingredients: mashed potato, whole eggs, desiccated coconut, butter, vanilla extract, baking powder, white sugar according to formulation; mixing the ingredients until a batter is produced, placing batter in a molder then baking.
