The present utility model is a powdered flavoring composition from libas (Spondias pinnata) leaves for sinigang mix. The composition of the product consists of 6 grams Spondias pinnata leaves extract powder, 3.6 grams citric acid, 3.1 grams monosodium glutamate, 5.3 grams salt and 2 grams wheat flour.
