Abstract

This utility model relates to a process of making cake using Mabolo fresh fruits comprising the steps of: a.) gathering fresh mabolo fruits; b.) peeling the gathered mabolo fruits; c.) separating the mabolo flesh from the seeds; d.) mashing the mabolo flesh; e.) creaming the 70 grams margarine in a bowl until soft and fluffy, continue creaming while adding 270 grams white sugar gradually and 2 pcs. Eggs; f.) adding 250 grams mashed mabolo to the mixture obtained in step e and beat with an electric mixer; g.) mixing 248 grams cake flour, 4.3 grams baking powder and 1 gram baking soda; h.) adding the mixture of step g gradually to step f alternately with evaporated milk; i.) pouring the mixture into the greased square pan; j.) putting the pan with the mixture in the oven for baking in 35-45 minutes in a moderate heat; and k.) pricking the cake as soon as it becomes golden brown with the use of a clean toothpick.
