Abstract

The present utility model relates to a process of producing banana pie following an easy procedure which generally involves combining flour, sugar, and margarine; mixing with two forks using the cutting method and adding water little by little; mixing continuously; kneading the mixture until smooth; dividing the mixture into two and forming it into a ball; rolling the pastry with plastic or cellophane bigger than the pie plate; placing the rolled pastry in a pie plate; pricking the pastry with a fork; placing the filling and top with second pastry; trimming and fluting the edges and pricking again; brushing with eggyolk and baking in a preheated oven for 40 to 45 minutes; and removing and letting it cool.
