Abstract
[Problem] The present invention addresses the problem of providing a technology with which it is possible to inhibit an increase in the size of a motorcycle that is provided with an exhaust gas sensor in the vicinity of a muffler. [Solution] A motorcycle 10 that is provided with: a swing arm 16 that rotatably supports the real wheel; an exhaust gas pipe 41; a muffler 43 that is disposed on the outer side of the swing arm 16 and is connected to the exhaust gas pipe 41; a catalyst provided inside the exhaust gas pipe 41; and an exhaust gas sensor 67 capable of detecting exhaust gas components in the exhaust gas pipe 41, wherein the muffler 43 is provided with a diametrically-expanded portion 95, the diameter of which gradually expands, and the exhaust gas sensor 67 is fitted to the diametrically-expanded portion 95 and is disposed between the exhaust gas pipe 41 and the swing arm 16. A recess 121, to which the exhaust gas sensor 67 is fitted, is provided to the diametrically-expanded portion 95.
