EL METODO CONSISTE: 1) INSERTAR EN EL METAL FUNDIDO EL CUERPO DE UNA SONDA QUE SEA DE: MATERIAL PERMEABLE AL GAS TRANSPORTADOR (QUE CONTIENE CO COMO GAS REDUCTOR), IMPERMEABLE AL METAL LIQUIDO, DE SUFICIENTE RESISTENCIA AL CALOR PARA RESISTIR LA INMERSION AL METAL FUNDIDO, Y QUE CONTENGA CARBON; 2) DETERMINACION DEL CONTENIDO DE GAS CON UN ANALIZADOR QUE COMPARA LA MEZCLA DE GAS ARRASTRADO Y GAS TRANSPORTADOR DE SALIDA CON UN VALOR DE REFERENCIA; 3) CONTROLAR EL PROCESO BASADO EN EL VALOR DEL CONTENIDO DE GAS; LA SONDA TIENE UNA ENTRADA Y SALIDA QUE ESTAN ESPACIADAS ENTRE SI DE MANERA QUE EL GAS TRANSPORTADOR ATRAVIESA UNA PARTE SUSTANCIAL DEL CUERPO INTERIOR DE LA SONDA PARA EL ARRASTRE DEL GAS.
