Abstract
La presente invencion se refiere a una composicion inyectable en forma de hidrogel, que comprende agua, 1,0% a 3,0% en peso de acido hialuronico y 0.2% a 5.0% en peso de nicotinamida. La composicion tambien comprende cloruro de sodio y un sistema de tampon que comprende fosfato dibasico de sodio y fosfato monobasico de sodio. La nicotinamida inhibe la accion de la hialuronidasa, por lo que la composicion de la invencion posee una duracion mas prolongada y mayor estabilidad del acido hialuronico y riesgos mas bajos para el paciente, teniendo un marcado efecto antiinflamatorio.
