Abstract

La presente invencion se relaciona con un proceso para elaborar una composicion detergente particulada para lavanderia, en donde el proceso comprende las etapas de: (a) poner en contacto agua, almidon, acido y perfume para formar una mezcla acida acuosa concentrada, en donde la mezcla acida concentrada comprende: (i) de 20 % en peso a 60 % en peso de almidon; (ii) de 10 % en peso a 50 % en peso de acido; (iii) de 2 % en peso a 20 % en peso de perfume; (iv) de 10 % en peso a menos de 45 % en peso de agua; y en donde la mezcla acida concentrada tiene un pH menor que 4,5; (b) someter la mezcla acida concentrada a una etapa de emulsificacion de perfume para emulsionar el perfume para formar una mezcla de perfume emulsionada en forma fluida; y (c) rociar la mezcla de perfume emulsionada en forma fluida sobre las particulas base de detergente de manera que la mezcla de perfume emulsionada recubra al menos parcialmente las particulas base de detergente para formar la composicion detergente particulada para lavanderia, en donde las particulas base de detergente comprenden de 4 % en peso a 60 % en peso de surfactante detergente.
