Abstract
Un metodo de produccion de fosforo puede incluir reducir el alimento que contiene mineral de fosfato y proporcionar una proporcion de silice de 0.3 a 0.7 en una camara de reaccion de 1250 a 1380°C. En el residuo queda menos del 20% del fosfato. Otro metodo de produccion de fosforo incluye mover continuamente un lecho reductor a traves de la camara de reaccion con los aglomerados de alimentacion sustancialmente estables mientras estan en el lecho reductor. La temperatura de la camara de reaccion puede oscilar entre 1250 y 1380°C. Un sistema de produccion de fosforo incluye una pared de barrera que segmenta la camara de reaccion en una zona de reduccion diferenciada de una zona de precalentamiento. El suelo de lecho esta configurado para moverse continuamente desde la zona de precalentamiento a la zona de reduccion durante la operacion. Un metodo para producir un producto de reduccion incluye productos de reduccion/oxidacion oxidantes exotermicamente en la camara de reaccion, anadiendo asi calor al lecho reductor del francobordo como una segunda fuente de calentamiento.
