Abstract

Un metodo de produccion de fosforo puede incluir reducir el alimento que contiene mineral de fosfato y proporcionar una proporcion de silice de 0.3 a 0.7 en una camara de reaccion de 1250 a 1380°C. En el residuo queda menos del 20% del fosfato. El suelo de lecho esta configurado para moverse continuamente desde la zona de precalentamiento a la zona de reduccion durante la operacion. Un metodo para producir un producto de reduccion incluye productos de reduccion/oxidacion oxidantes exotermicamente en la camara de reaccion, anadiendo asi calor al lecho reductor del francobordo como una segunda fuente de calentamiento.
