Abstract

Se proporciona una maquina etiquetadora automatica de alta velocidad para aplicar etiquetas individuales a productos agricolas grandes y de tamano variable. Las tiras de etiquetas usadas son mucho mas grandes y mas pesadas que las tiras de etiquetas conocidas que se usan para productos agricolas pequenos tales como manzanas y peras. El aumento de peso hace que la tira de etiquetas se desborde cuando la etiquetadora esta en pausa y tambien provoca el deslizamiento de la tira de etiquetas. Se proporciona un deflector de tira de etiquetas que hace que la tira de etiquetas mas grande y pesada se pliegue sobre si misma en lugar de invadir y contaminar la aplicacion de las etiquetas. Los rodillos impulsores estan modificados para eliminar el deslizamiento de la tira de etiquetas mas pesada.
