Abstract

etiquetadora de alta velocidade para produtos grandes. trata-se de uma etiquetadora automática de alta velocidade para a aplicação de etiquetas individuais em produtos agrícolas de tamanho grande e variável. as tiras de rótulos usadas são muito maiores e mais pesadas do que as tiras de rótulos conhecidas, usadas para produtos pequenos, tais como maçãs e peras. o peso aumentado faz com que a tira de etiquetas se projete para frente quando a etiquetadora é pausada, e causa também o deslizamento da tira de etiquetas. um defletor de tira de etiqueta também é fornecido, o que faz com que a tira de etiqueta maior e mais pesada se dobre sobre si mesma em vez se projetar e prejudicar a aplicação das etiquetas. os rolos de acionamento são modificados para eliminar o deslizamento da tira de etiquetas mais pesada.
