Abstract
Referido a un metodo para elaborar una formulacion nutricional que comprende uno o mas acidos grasos, donde dicho metodo comprende: proporcionar una emulsion doble (emulsion O/W/O) de uno o mas acidos grasos en una corriente de aceite comestible tal como el aceite vegetal; mezclar la emulsion doble de dichos uno o mas acidos grasos en una fase acuosa; y, homogenizar la mezcla de emulsion doble para formar la formulacion. El tamano medio de las microgotas de aceite/agua en la emulsion O/W/O es menor o igual a 10 micrometros
