Abstract

Esta invencion se refiere a una composicion, que es un pesticida natural y organico, especificamente para la mitigacion, el control y tratamiento fungicida, microorganismos patogenos virucidas y bactericidas en los productos agricolas, tales como cultivos de raices, frutas y verduras. Ejemplos de tales microorganismos causantes de enfermedades son Mycosphaerella fijiensis causante de la enfermedad Sigatoka negro en Cavendish (platano), Ralstonia solanacearum causante de la enfermedad del Moko en Cavendish (platano), Lasiodiplodia theobromae causando pudricion blanda o pudricion de la fruta en cultivos y frutas, Fusarium oxysporum que causa Panama marchitamiento en frutas y cultivos, y muchos otros. La composicion es un producto fermentado de plantas tropicales, fuente de carbono, proteinas de origen (nitrogeno), y un agente portador. El producto fermentado puede ayudar a fortalecer el sistema inmunologico de la planta para combatir enfermedades patogenas. Dado que todos los principales constituyentes de la composicion son generalmente considerados como seguros, este pesticida natural se encuentra para ser no toxico y seguro para los seres humanos y los animales, y ambientalmente benigna.
