DONDE EL PROCESO COMPRENDE: a) HACER REACCIONAR AZUFRE E HIDROGENO GASEOSOS SOBRE UN CATALIZADOR EN UN REACTOR CON UN EXCESO DE AZUFRE PARA OBTENER UNA CORRIENTE DE GAS BRUTO QUE CONTIENE H2S; b) ENFRIAR DICHA CORRIENTE, QUE CONTIENE POLISULFANOS (H2Sx), A TEMPERATURAS ENTRE 114° Y 165°C EN UN ENFRIADOR PARA SEPARAR EL EXCESO DE AZUFRE; c) PASAR DICHA CORRIENTE DEL ENFRIADOR A UN RECIPIENTE QUE COMPRENDE MATERIAL CATALITICAMENTE ACTIVO (CARBON ACTIVADO O TAMIZ MOLECULAR); Y, b) RECOLECTAR EL AZUFRE OBTENIDO EN EL FONDO DEL RECIPIENTE, CON UNA TEMPERATURA DE SALIDA ENTRE 121° Y 160°C, Y RECICLARLO AL REACTOR MEDIANTE EL ENFRIADOR.
