Abstract
QUE COMPRENDE RECIRCULAR LOS GASES ALIMENTADOS EN LAS DIFERENTES ETAPAS DEL PROCESO DE SEPARACION, EN UNA CIRCULACION DE GAS BASICAMENTE CERRADA CREADA ALREDEDOR DEL EQUIPO UTILIZADO EN DICHAS ETAPAS, DE MANERA QUE LA RECIRCULACION SE CONTROLA MIDIENDO EL POTENCIAL DE SUSPENSION QUE CONTIENE LOS MINERALES VALIOSOS MEDIANTE ELECTRODOS MINERALES. EN LA RECIRCULACION SE UTILIZA LA SUCCION Y LA PRESION SUBYACENTE CREADA POR LA ROTACION DEL EQUIPO DE AGITACION INSTALADO EN DICHAS ETAPAS. LA ALIMENTACION DEL GAS SECUNDARIO NECESARIO SE DIVIDE DE ACUERDO CON LAS ETAPAS DEL PROCESO, SIENDO LA PRESION PARCIAL DEL OXIGENO EN DICHO GAS CAMBIADA ENTRE LAS ADICIONES DEL GAS SECUNDARIO ALIMENTADO. PARA CONTROLAR LA PRESION PARCIAL DE OXIGENO SE ALIMENTA AIRE U OXIGENO AL PROCESO. EL GAS DE RECIRCULACION CONTIENE GAS REDUCIDO TAL COMO SULFURO DE HIDROGENO O DIOXIDO DE AZUFRE. LAS ETAPAS DE SEPARACION SON MOLIENDA, FLOTACION, PRECIPITACION Y FILTRACION, Y SON CERRADAS EN LA CIRCULACION DEL GAS
